Friendly service on a cool rainy day, but I’m surprised they don’t have a single outlet here. Kind of weird since this looks to be a popular area and lots of people walking or on buses who may need to top off their phone or say DSLR battery. You don’t see that at Starbucks usually and its more for mom and pop shops that eye ball anybody who has stayed more than ten minutes on their laptop. If I didn’t know better it looks like they even removed an outlet and put a blank plate over it!

It’s mind-boggling, really. Of the tens of thousands of Starbucks stores, how can one be so consistently bad? I have been here several times, as I live just a couple of blocks away. Each time, I say, «okay, I’ll give it another chance.» Each time I leave wondering why. The baristas are apathetic at best, extremely rude at worst. As some other reviewers have mentioned, they frequently run out of basic supplies and don’t bother replacing them. I’m skeptical they correctly day-dot and replace the pastry case. Once, I was the only customer in the store and all three baristas working there forgot about my order(or, worse, ignored it). With Solstice, Vivace, Joe Bar, and even the excellent Starbucks down on Olive all within a few blocks, there’s really no excuse to ever go here.

The employees closed the patio 45 minutes early and asked us to find someplace else to go and drink our $ 18 worth of drinks and treats. Disappointed in the overall experience at this location. There are many and better places, on Cap hill to get drinks. If you want service and nicer employees, don’t waste your time at this Starbucks.

These«baristas’ told me I had to buy something to use the bathroom. I’d rather light a 5 dollar bill on fire. I’ve already given this company thousands.

I couldn’t visit the Capital Hill neighborhood of Seattle with visiting a Starbucks. My barista, Spencer, was pleasant, friendly and served the perfect beverage. The location on the corner of East Broadway and East Republican was perfect for people watching on a busy Saturday night!

I have no idea what it is, but more times than not they are out of things(like coffee… Today they were out of dark and blonde roast at the same time) when I come here. I generally have to wait at least ten minutes more here for a coffee than anywhere else. The baristas are lovely people, I just wish I could get a quick cup of coffee. Also, they don’t carry the caesar salad. I think Ill find a new Starbucks to frequent in the mornings.

This is my go-to for coffee in the morning. These people never mess up and are always very accommodating and patient. I’ve seen them put up with a lot of crazy people on Broadway and they never loose their cool. Big props.

I stopped by this Starbucks because I caught a ride to my appointment and I was hella early! Upon walking into the store, it was warm, welcoming, bright, and clean; this appearance was quite nice especially considering the location on Broadway. The baristas took my order quickly, and I had no problems placing my order. The only negative here was that the barista thought my friend’s name was«Danni», which is no where close, but whatever I guess. They got their drink correct at least. The tables were comfortable and well-lit. That was nice. Even though I didn’t use the bathroom, the employees were cleaning it while I was there. The employee cleaning actually called someone else in to see if it was cleaned appropriately. I could see it from my seat, and it seemed to *sparkle*. =+) I would go again. Who doesn’t need caffeine? Also: get the blond roast!

What’s not to love? It’s Starbucks, in Seattle, clean, friendly, fast and great people watching!

Nice location, clean and super friendly staff. Starbucks does a great job at this location. Good, consistent quality at reasonable prices. No coffee snob baristas which is a nice change for Capitol Hill.

I’m sorry… but I just don’t get why this place is so popular to the point we need one on every other block(every block in some parts of town). Do they put some weird mind control drug in their coffee, like a Strange Brew style plot to transform us all into mindless slaves that Starbucks will use to build huge pyramids that will announce to the alien race that it is safe to land? I’m not sold.

I needed a place to hang out and work on my set list. I didn’t want to go into a restaurant or bar and I’m so glad I stepped into this location. I picked up a hot chicken panini and refresh mint tea and spent an hour enjoying a small meal in a quiet spot. There aren’t that many places on Broadway or Cap Hill for that matter that give you a nice break from the city noise and rush of people.

I think this is the nicest Starbucks I have ever been. Prime location on Broadway Ave, lots of window shopping(both for customers and people from outside, nice eye candy here of handsomely dressed gay men) and everybody is friendly. I mostly went there because it looked attractive from the outside and was not crowded, besides is clean and you can smell the earthy aroma of coffee.

Walked down the street to grab a drink and some lunch. It was colder outside than I thought so I decided to try the new salted caramel mocha(instead of the unsweetened green iced tea I usually get because I was too cold for a cold drink). It was yummier than I imagined. The staff were friendly and helpful as I pondered my lunch choices. Thanks for a great experience everyone!

Convenient, fun, and friendly little Starbucks on Capitol Hill. This location is small but still quite comfortable. The staff is friendly, the drinks are made well and promptly, and I would recommend checking this location out if you are craving for some Starbucks! PS– their caramel brulee latte is very good if you like a sweeter latte. Try it out!

It’s a Starbucks and it has all the things they normally offer. The art this time was from an actual artist and for sale and it was… REALLYGOOD. The salted caramel hot chocolate was also really good.

The folks at this location are super friendly, even if I tend to come in here in a cranky mood first thing in the morning(that’s what coffee is for, right?). When I went on my skinny vanilla latte kick, one of the baristas pointed out their other sugar free syrups and recommended that I try the others. Very thoughtful. :) I always take my coffee to go… even if I wanted to stay, there isn’t a whole bunch of space in this location. Nevertheless, you can’t beat a location that’s a quick 3 minute walk from your front door.

This is my home away from work or home. I probably visit five or six times a week. This is a small Starbucks and get get pretty packed with say ten customers. It’s more realistically a get-it-and-go Starbucks. All of the crew are quite friendly and courteous and always twist my arm using mental telepathy into getting a brownie, oatmeal bar or some other sort of treat.
