This place is usually pretty busy! I enjoyed spending time here a lot before I had internet at home for work and social networking. Their fraps are pretty tasty! And their staff are quite friendly — my fiancé’ and I had an incident one time when they were just… taking for ever on his order, he was standing in line and just watching other people get their orders before him — then then barista was like«OHMYGOSHDID I FORGETYOURORDER!!!» and so to compensate, they upgraded into… idk what they call their absolute largest cup but it was massive and I laughed pretty hard when I saw it. I also rather enjoy their hot chocolate! It’s pretty dark so if you want something more creamy you might want to specifically request so. Either way, their hot cocoa goes great with their sweets too! I’ve personally had their lemon loaf, marble loaf, and brownie loaf, and I love them all. Any time there was an issue I found, the staff was always appreciative of me reporting it to them. That may not seem like an important detail, but I’ve had lazy staff sometimes in other restaurants where they simply do not care if something is wrong, or they get angry at me for letting them know — which of course in turn I never appreciated. So! The friendly welcoming atmosphere at this starbucks is a total win for me! My only complaint is that I wish people would learn to knock when someone is in the restroom! Their restrooms are unisex and single use so you have to lock it when you enter, and some RUDE people like to just jiggle the handle — and even if you say«occupied!» or something, sometimes they continuously jiggle it! always knock when I approach the restroom to check if someone’s in there because it’s always just so offputting having someone trying to open the door on you — even though it *is* locked. It’d be great if they could have vacant and occupied signs or something, because it has been an issue. My fiancé’ had someone jiggle the handle so hard when he was using the restroom, that they disengaged the lock and practically walked in on him. I can’t imagine the audacity and rudeness of someone trying to force a stranger to use the restroom faster — the entitlement! The culprit was never to be seen as I imagine they were to embarrassed and ashamed to actually use the bathroom after doing that to someone heh. But yeah, it’s…a privacy concern.

Much better vibe than a few weeks ago. Things seem more organized and staff friendlier than on previous visits. I love coming in the evenings when the«fun crew» is working. They have great music on and the flow is great. I’ve heard they will start serving wine here soon. Just what the area needs is a cozy place to visit with friends, or relax with WiFi in the evenings.

This Starbucks has great service! I went in yesterday to pick up my travelers box, and while they had forgotten my order, they quickly put it together for me and did not charge me for it. I was very impressed by their customer service skills and how kind they were about it!

My favorite starbucks in seattle so far! It’s usually pretty quiet and not as crowded as some others. The people are friendly and it’s kept clean. There’s a cozy fireplace. It’s spacious and there’s plenty of table spots for those that are working and comfy chairs for the readers! The noise level is on the quiet side — probably the most quiet of the starbs I’ve been to in Seattle and thus conducive for the worker. Parking is plentiful and there are lots of great food options nearby!

Wow was just treated with some serious disrespect. Never had customer service that bad. Suzanne, the women who rang me up really was rude. She laughed at me she I asked what the ingredients were in the caramel they add to the drinks. Then she became extremely rude by intentionally blowing off my question with the worst smerk ever… dam I really feel crappy right now, thanks Starbucks. Last time I come here.

Fast friendly and on point every time. Even if you mumble your order half asleep, which I do all the time, they are happy to help with a smile! Best location, fun atmosphere and free wifi! Viva la Starbucks!(Hurry up with the pumpkin spice lattes!)

I really like this Starbucks. They always have good customer service, usually you can find free street parking and they have a lot of space and seats if you need to read, study or work. Very spacious, bright, clean and a positive energy and atmosphere.

Just what one would expect from a Starbucks. Quick service, easy payment transaction(yay Apple Pay!) and free WIFI. Not the cleanest or the nicest Sbucks I’ve been to in recent weeks but definitely a-ok. Had a meeting here for work with a nearby business and this was a great location for a quick chat. This specific location is popular so if you’re meeting someone plan a few mins early and try to scope out tables or soft seating. There wasn’t much available around midday and tables filled up fast.

Crowded and far from relaxing. Then again, I agree with one of the other reviews… «It’s Starbucks. You know what you’re getting.» — Having said that, I prefer to go to the other coffee shops nearby and only go in there if I really need to.

The barista said I couldn’t use the code from my phone ap despite the instructions indicating otherwise. As I was pressed for time, I didn’t get a chance to try the coffee. I’m sure the coffee is as legendary as Starbucks is.

The staff is great and the coffee even better. The atmosphere is great. If your looking for a place to do homework or read a book come here. This Starbucks is also bigger then most. Pet friendly as well. Great selection of food. This is the place to be.

Sorry, Howard, but you have no excuse for not making this newer store ADA door ready for people with disabilities like me in my power chair. What? You never get that many requests? I keep hearing that excuse from your staff – gee, I wonder why we don ‘t stop in? DUH I never will again.

I haven’t been to this location in a little while but it is my favorite Starbucks to go to. The staff here is always really good and friendly. They remodeled the a while back and it only made this location even better. A lot of seating that is arranged in a well thought out way, which is good because this place gets really busy.

One of the best Starbucks locations I’ve seen. Creative and unique seating. A very well trained, friendly, and efficient staff. They moved through a line of 20 customers in no time flat.

If you want a crowded, non-relaxing Starbucks, go here. Overstimulating!!! AHHH. People doing a million things at once. Personally, this is not how I like to drink my coffee. Seating: While there are lots of people here, this is a pretty big Starbucks with ample seating. From long tables, to small ones to bar stools, and even a kids area, they have more seating and a varied type as well. Service: Again, this location is busy which means lines. Lines sometimes mean slow service. This is true here. I mean they are doing their best, but literally there are a bombardment of people. Anyway a Starbucks is a Starbucks is a Starbucks. This is just a busy Starbucks.

Love this Sbux location! Heart of upper Queen Ann, which means its always killer busy, but they keep pretty vast amount of seating so it really all comes down to timing and luck in finding parking. The team here has never once underperformed on the many times i’ve spent my hours lounged here.

It’s Starbucks. You know what you’re getting. The staff here are well trained, so no surprises. The only thing that sucks is trying to find parking on the street.

Those of us who live in Seattle are lucky enough to realize that«a Starbucks is a Starbucks is a Starbucks» isn’t always true here. Given the number of local stores with new(and more environmentally-friendly) remodels, and the efforts to be better incorporated into neighborhoods, it’s possible to encounter a fair amount of diversity within the corporate chain. This was my first visit to the remodeled Queen Anne Avenue store. It looks great(and festive) inside, and they have a Clover machine! Which those of you who know me know means I have to stop in for my fix, especially since Peet’s is no longer across the street. But…despite the lure of the Clover machine, this Starbucks feels fairly cramped. I bet that can translate into«cozy» on a weekday morning or sometime other than the lunch rush on Sunday; there are lots of tables, but not much space in which to move(especially when several people are waiting for drinks). And…even so, I am a fan of the service here. As sometimes happens when ordering Clover coffee, the barista forgot he’d turned the machine on and walked away, with my cup of deliciousness imprisoned across the counter from me. The horror… When I waved someone else down(politely!) he didn’t hesitate to apologize(even though it wasn’t his drink order), and even gave me a coupon for a free drink on a future visit. That’s not the first time my Clover drink’s been forgotten by a barista, but it IS the first time I’ve been taken care of in such a nice way as recompense.
