Stepped in the gallery while exploring downtown Bainbridge. The pictures here are stunning. Truly, I didn’t realize someone could capture the beauty of the Olympic Peninsula’s forests with such vivid realism… and his colors are vivid, true representations of the area. He is also a great person to have a conversation with and he is willing to share about his process (how a box camera is used) and places he has visited. Visit his studio, you won’t regret it!

Seattle, WA
Steven Fey Photography was right around the corner from my first apartment in Seattle. The beautiful landscapes displayed in the gallery’s windows drew me in. The remainder of Steven’s photographs decorating the walls, and Steven himself, kept me coming back. Since first visiting the gallery I’ve purchased two pieces of artwork, attended several openings, and have become quite fond of Steve Fey as a person.
Steve is very approachable, and is always happy to talk about his photography, his equipment (Large Format Cameras), or his trips into the wilderness.
The photography truly needs to be seen to be fully appreciated.
