Celeste Caliri is my instructor. After 2 major surgeries she brought me back to life. I thought I would never walk again after a horrible surgeon convinced my family it was wise to remove mesh. She slowly got me up again to the best that I could possibly be after having my mesh removed by a horrible surgeon who ruined my body. She is patient, knowledgable and innovative and for those reasons I am able to exist. She has transformed my body and is getting me on the right path to recovery. I’m hoping to make a full recovery it has been a tragic year. I’m grateful to have found Celeste and the amazing therapy of Reformer Pilates. I highly recommend Celeste if you have any injuries or just want to get your body back in shape. Thank you Celeste.

Nice studio. Instructors are nice, though not exceptional. The studio is seriously overpriced for reformer classes — even with a package they’re $ 35 a session, most other studios are about $ 25.

Love Studio-Evolve! I was a Pilates newbie when I first started coming here and now I feel like a semi-pro. The instructors are knowledgeable and great with catering to your specific skill level. The studio is clean, spacious and with plenty of street parking. I wish they did unlimited monthly packages(instead of paying class by class) because then I’d be able to afford to go MUCH more.

I’ve never done Pilates before — so I’m not sure if I can give an accurate comparison review… but I have definitely been to gyms before, had private training sessions and have been involved in dance for many years. I absolutely love Studio Evolve! I just completed my second session — and I’m most definitely already addicted. Hannah is awesome! She kicked my butt today(upon request, of course) and I loved every minute. An excellent coach, she’s informed, gentle, and in-tune. She was able to give me easy, simple examples and analogies to help me «picture» the muscle we were targeting and kept me focused while providing a friendly and comfortable environment. The gym itself is clean, well-equipped(to the best of my knowledge!) and updated. I’m not sure how this place compares price-wise to other Pilates studios… I paid about $ 150 for 3 private sessions. Once I get through these I plan on joining in some group lessons if I feel ready… otherwise, the 3 for $ 150 is definitely worth it so far!

I haven’t stopped talkin about this place! My private lesson with Sophia was amazing. It was my first time on a reformer and she was the perfect teacher/assistant/fitness friend. I was able to ask her questions and she answered them. I will not go back to yoga as my main workout because I love the energy I get from the pilates jump class.

I love doing Gyrotonic with Karen! She keeps me moving and Gyrotonic makes a huge different with my neck and back — I spend a lot of time in front of a computer. It’s really satisfying to get in my car after a session and adjust my rear view mirror up. The studio space is really nice and all of the instructors are very friendly.

I’ve been doing Pilates at Studio Evolve since they opened and I love it. The trainers are great and really know how to work with people who have physical limitations or restrictions. The studio is big and bright and beautiful with plenty of space and its always peaceful and comfortable. My whole body shape has changed and its really helped my arthritis. They’re also offering Gyrotonics now, which is a great low-impact workout that’ll totally change your body! Its a full service studio.

We just finished a session of Pilates at Studio Evolve, and loved it! We’ve been doing Pilates for about 3 years, mat work only, and wanted to try a studio with more equipment. Wow! If you’ve never tried«The Reformer», you really ought to. It isolates core muscle groups, but that’s not all — they also have Pilates«Chairs» and an assortment of other gadgets, i.e. hand weights, foam half-noodles, and above all, the indescribable«Cadillac». The instructor was attentive, ruthless and encouraging. She got us the absolutely best workout we could!
