In 2008, when I was in the process of remodeling my basement, I discovered Sunwest Flooring. They convinced me to use a composite tile instead of a porcelain tile to cover the concrete basement floor.
Unfortunately, their cost of composite floor was equal to the porcelain floor that I had to replace it when a minor flood caused their linoleum or composite tiles to start becoming unstuck from the floor. They took no responsibility for their failing product installation. The total cost of the failed floor was over $ 8,000.
In short, their sales choices and customer service is pathetic.
