This is THEBEST Taco Bell my husband and I have ever been to in the Seattle area(which includes Aurora/Northgate) For a year now this location has been the THEONLY one out of the various locations that has 1– Given GREAT customer service every time we come. The employees are engaging AND remember regulars and converse accordingly. 2– They have also helped with alternative suggestions for similar items on the few times they have been out of something we wanted. 3– They have always been quick in making our order even when busy and have never gotten it wrong. We will continue to be regulars at this particular location.

Awful Awful Drive through experience. CHECKYOURORDER before you leave! Twice went after late shifts at work/twice they missed something on order– even after charging you. KFC/Taco Bell– won’t waste time on food quality– it’s not like they cook anything. All they need to do is READ a ticket and then PUT in bag. If they can’t do that straight. God knows how they’re preparing the food. It’s a franchise I am guessing. So hey Mr. Franchise owner… Your late crew are not the sharpest in your tool box … If you care at all about customer experience.

A HUGE thank you to the gentleman and two ladies who helped us tonight! My son was being irritable all afternoon, which is why I was getting drive through in the first place, and he said some not nice things to the staff while in the drive thru. They were so kind to laugh away his remarks and made this momma feel like not so much of a failure, which is so much appreciated. The boy did get a stern talking to and a time out upon returning home but I just want to apologize to the staff and thank them for being so very kind and generous to my son and I. I will definitely be returning to this location next time I’m having a rough day!

THISPLACESUCKS!!! Service was hella bad the workers were the worst they had a guy up at the register and he didn’t know shit. I understand that he maybe new but still should have let him watch longer til he got it. Food was okay until I opened my steak melt with only little to no steak on it. Also the women that was helping the man was wearing a lot of jewelry and had very long nails and was painted. It was very nasty and pitiful. This place sucked ass so much. Food took over 8mins which should never happen. It was just 0⁄5 stars. Kfc/tacobell company should do something about this.

Zero stars. Worst, slowest service I’ve ever received at a Taco Bell or KFC. I was second in line and it took easily 15mins to put my order of 2 tacos in… another 5 waiting for them.

I went here on the way to a Seattle Sounder’s game. Had to go to the restroom first since I’d been sitting in rush hour traffic from Everett. The women’s room only had one out of three stalls working. There was gross wetness all over the floor. After I sat down I realized there was no toilet paper and I had to use a toilet cover, at least they had those. My boyfriend ordered a chicken burrito which he loved, until he discovered all the sour cream was at one end. I got the seven layered burrito with onions. They charged me 40 cents for a few onions. Hello!!! I can buy a whole one for that price. Just give me the onions that my boyfriend and the other people before me didn’t want.

This really IS as good as Taco Bell gets. I always get my order correctly made, they are always super polite here, and everything works out.

The Apple cup was starting in a couple of hours and in the SODOAREA(South of the Dome) Centurylink field area. people had started to tailgate and gather for the pregame partying. I decided on Taco Bell. On their menu if you get one of their specialty meals you can add on a Mexican pizza for 2.65 regular price is 3.31. I ordered and paid with my card and went and stood to wait. While waiting, I was looking at the menu and I asked the cashier that when you choose the specialty meal does it automatically charge you the add on price? He said he didn’t know and would check after pushing different buttons on the register he said that NO it didn’t, I asked for a refund of the difference, He said ok hold on and got the manager Reggie. Reggie came out and I explained what happened. He stated that they had removed the buttons from their registers for that add on and that it was the higher price. I said well then they should cover the menu up over the spot with the option. I asked if the nacho add on was gone as well? He looked and said oh yes. I said that’s wrong, if you cant choose that option, you should tell people its full price before adding it. He said it was a typo and he was sorry. I asked again for the difference back. He offered me a free taco. I said I didn’t want any more food, I wanted to be charged for what it said the price was! He said NO. I looked at him and said then fine, I want a full refund. He said for the Mexican pizza? and I said NO, the entire order. He said ok it’s a typo I said its not a typo, the corporation has changed prices and you do not let the customers know. I asked if he wanted my card back to process the refund he said no he would give me cash. I said you wont give be the difference back but you will give me 26 back in cash. I said you are willing to lose an entire order over that. He said that’s what I asked for. I said no, I wanted the difference in what I should have paid. At this point. and keep in mind when I walked in there was 1 person in front of me. and no one else in line behind me. One of the workers was excited and telling the people in the lobby how they were preparing meals for the teams. and that they did it at the last game too. During the transaction another gentleman had come in. At this point. this gentleman, who had the appearance of being dirty and possibly homeless. Looked at me and got mad and said hey we have things we need to do. its 2 dollars… you need 2 dollars. here I have things to do. and tried to shove money at me. I GOTPISSED. I normally don’t stand up for myself and get pretty meek in public stuff like this. but I had had it. I said. you need to back up… I don’t want your money. I just want to be charged the correct price. I guess I was loud. cuz his eyes opened wide and he backed up. At this point Reggie. Apologized to him for the inconvenience. REALLY. you are charging me the wrong price and not working with me and then apologizing for your corporate mistake and attitude to the homeless man in line. I got my refund back and left. I went to the Taco bell that I normally go to and explained what happened and the manager there said no they should have been able to give the difference back. they are owned by the same family and have the same policies. It was approximately $ 1.32THAT’S IT. I will never go there again.
