If you’re wondering if you should visit my answer is, yes. This is a great local spot with an amazing selection of local beer and wine. You can sample a flight of beer or wine, fill a growler, or find the best selection of hot sauce you haven’t heard of yet. If you live around the corner or are from out of town this is a great place to go out of the way for.

I’m going to start this post by telling you what this place is because I’ll admit, I was confused. It’s a glorified liquor store that sells awesome beer and wine from the PNW. They also offer tastings to help you decide what to purchase and they fill growlers.
I walk my dog past this place and at first I thought it was a taproom or tasting room, but it is not. You can get samples, but the objective is to purchase beer or wine to take home, if you want to go to a tasting room, go next door! Or do both, that’s what we did!
The place has a great selection and phenomenal staff that will help you find what you want. I can’t imagine shopping for my PNW beer anywhere else!

Really nice place to try some beer in the middle of this residential neighborhood so parking is not as much of a challenge as the California Ave. Good selection of beers on tap as well as bottles. They do charge a small fee for tasters or a sampler tray, but if you also get a growler fill you get 50% off of that fee. Staff is knowledgable on what they have and speaks the beer snob lingo well with a good understanding of zymurgy and the art of brewing. Definitely on my list of places for gowler fills.

Awesome spot! Great place to fill up a growler (they always have killer beers on tap). Most recently I’ve filled up with Boneyard IPA (hard to find in Seattle) and Fresh Squeezed IPA (great new release from Deschutes). I’m personally more of a beer guy but they have top notch wine selection as well and the employees are very helpful. Definitely check this place out.

This place is awesome. Very convenient to stop in and get a growler filled up with a great draft selection. Also a great place to take friends for tastings… kinda like the beer drinking man’s version of a winery tasting. And on that note they have wine tastings too and even had the owner of a winery there explaining his wines while i stopped in.

Such a great, neighborhood spot to taste amazing beers! The girl working last time I went in was able to explain everything about the beers they were featuring, as well as info on the breweries. Loved the vibe and to boot, I bought a growler for home!

Not bad for a new retail outlet. Not much of a selection, but that will change over time. There is some competition needed in this space. One thing that irritates me about this place is the one dollar fee they charge for tastes. If they discounted your growler fill after the taste it would be OK, but they don’t do that. So, I’m thinking why come here when I can go a few blocks down 35th to Super Deli Mart where they don’t charge for tastes? Or, in the case of wine why not go to QFC when they have free wine tastings? They really need to rethink this tasting fee.

Such a great new-​ish West Seattle spot. Solid number of beers on tap, for tasting or growler fills. Also have bottles for a make-​your-​own six pack and regular six packs. Employees were very nice and helpful. Tastings are a dollar which is unusual but I’m glad to help them stay in business by doing so! They’ve got wine as well, and beer accessories for sale like growlers and glasses. Gonna be coming here a lot!
