Fantastic fantastic fantastic authentic and simple tacos for around 1.25 –1.50 a piece — lengua is definitely my favorite(thanks Grace). Perfect place to grab a quick bite on the run — super fast and friendly. Everything I’ve had here has been delicious :-)

Two pork tacos, one with guac for $ 3.40. They had a four taco deal for $ 6.75. The tortillas were a little crunchy, which I liked. However the pork was a little dry, and came with almost no guac. It was served with lime, radish, hot sauce, and grilled jalapeño on the side. It was kind of spicy, and their hot sauce had a nice spice to it also. The taco had great flavors and was easy to eat. There were four covered tabled available for people to eat. It was a decent taco, but I don’t think I’d come back unless I was struck with taco craving when I was in the immediate area.

This is one of the best taco trucks in Seattle! The tacos al pastor are just like my favorite down in Mexico. Perfectly marinated meat with onions, pineapple, and cilantro. I’ve also had the quesadilla and the torts. I really need to return for the burrito. The prices are cheap and the service great. Don’t be scared away by the outside; this place is very legitimate.

It’s so good! It’s sooo good! My new favorite taco truck, and I kinda have a thing for taco trucks. So far, I can recommend the burritos and the enchiladas. Both were delicious.

Outstanding authentic Mexican food!!! I recently moved to the neighborhood and was so glad to find a taco truck nearby. I got my(tacos & mulitas), tried 4 different meats and they were all exquisite, packed with flavor and generously garnished, with chili peppers that weren’t jalapenos, not sure what they were exactly but they were delicious. Their salsa picante(hot sauce) was delicious, perfectly spicy with a real smokey flavor. Excellent taste, fair price, friendly service and great quality of ingredients: 100% satisfaction! They also offer many traditional Mexican dishes such as mole, tamales, various plates, etc. I can’t wait to try them all! If you’re in the neighborhood, grab a bite at El Jarocho, you will not regret it.

I am going to keep this short and sweet. There’s a few nuances that I’ll overlook in my review of this place and give it a 5* solely on the spicy(& marinated) pork tacos. These are the best tacos I’ve had outside of southern cali. I am ONLY reviewing this place on the pork tacos — throwing everything else aside. The breakfast burrito is notable although I tend to order it with very light cheese(if you love heavy cheese this is the place they load it up by default in my experience). Hopefully they continue to stay open as when I return to the PNW I look forward to visit for those spicy pork tacos! PS the green sauce is A+

I was very curious about this place, and I had hoped it was like the food I had when I had in Mexico. It was very close to where I live, so I tried out their asada tacos, and they were like the ones I had in Mexico. They were that great. They have a good selection of items and choices of Mexican beverages in bottles. The prices were not too bad, either. If you’re in the Greenwood area, definitely give them a try.

Have you ever felt that sinking feeling in the pit of your stomach when you live so close to an amazing, inexpensive food place that you think you’ll end up spending all your money eating there and eventually going broke? Because that’s what happened to me today. Just south of 103rd on Greenwood is a taco truck with a canvas canopy and seating for maybe a score of people. The menu board below the window has been repeatedly painted out and reworked, and the first good sign I saw was a half-dozen meat options, including such unique offerings as tongue and head. I tend to not be too adventurous when first sizing a place up, so I went with a spicy pork burrito supreme and a tamale de rojos. FANTASTIC. IT’S ALLFANTASTIC. The burrito($ 7) was generously sized and delicious. The tamale($ 2) was well executed, steamed and served in a banana leaf. The tables had hot sauce and green sauce ready to go. The cashier was nice. Prices are more than fair, generous even. They do accept credit cards, though it’s through a phone hookup so it’s not too speedy. But you have to wait a few minutes for your food, so what’s the hurry? I went back up after the meal to buy half-liter glass bottle of Coke($ 2 paid cash) to finish off a great lunch. I will be returning again and again.

Breakfast Burrito. If you don’t order another item from a taco truck for the rest of your life, you must get the Breakfast Burrito from Taqueria El Jarocho. Eggs, chorizo, beans and other goodies all wrapped up like a swaddled new born baby. I could eat one every day. I have also had the Carnitas and Lengua Tacos. I prefer my carnitas to be crispier than they had but the lengua are amazingly tender and flavorful. A real bargain at a buck 20 apiece. Oh, and even though it isn’t on their menu, you can order beans and rice with your choice of re-fried or whole beans. They now have covered seating so don’t let the rain stop you from some of the best Mexican truck food in the north end!

Amazing food! I eat here about twice a week. Food is reasonably priced and every item on the menu is delicious. The owners are extremely nice as well. The only mexican truck I eat at now.

Amazing taco truck. This place only opened about a month ago and I’ve been there at least 5 times already(granted, it’s only about two blocks from my house). Everything I’ve had so far has been delicious, my personal favorite being the mulitas with Adobada(spicy pork). The prices here are great too, $ 1.15 tacos anyone? Let’s just say I’ve been a long time fan of El Camion, but I haven’t been there once since this place opened. Be aware, they are cash only at the moment, but they did say they will be accepting cards soon.

Simple menu, but the meat is excellent. Best carnitas I’ve had in some time. The mulitas are surprisingly good as well. Everything is very reasonably priced.
