Not redefining the taco truck by any means, but the food is consistent and fast. $ 5 burritos all the time is a killer deal.

So this a difficult review as the owner of this food truck is a good person with an excellent costumer service although she wasn’t there at this time, the food it’s ok as this was my second time there, I live about 15 minutes away from where this food truck is located, I get home and realized they gave me the wrong food so I had to go back again, when I got there the lady who works there gave me the worst attitude like it was my fault they gave me the wrong food, I told her to please gave me the correct food, she said«nopp» she couldn’t, at this time I had my family waiting for food which I actually end up taking to a real restaurant to eat and not this… I asked for my money back she said she could give it back, at the end they made my actual food but didn’t trust on eating it anymore so I just left. Won’t ever come back again.

3.5.Just peeped out Loretta’s Northwesterner(also awesome!) and stumbled out to find El Rincon calling my name as we walked to our car. I had to check it out. What I found was a great little bus in a less travelled part of the city and that was the first plus for this bus. The food was great, but… I wouldn’t go out of my way as El Asadero is fairly close and just to the east and La Fondita #2 is just up the road, but hey, none of that matters. When one is in the vortex of SP, you go with the flow. There are better trucks around… However, if you find yourself in the South Park area, go try this little spot. Per usual, I had a burrito with avocado, sour cream and cheese, as well as a 2 pork tacos. Their tacos were very good and the burrito was pretty good. They were generous with the sour cream and avocado but meat in the burrito was lacking and there wasn’t any cilantro or any real remarkable flavor. Not the best sign if that’s the«spicy» pork but itwas still good though. I would come back for the(pork) tacos… Loretta’s, EL Rincon, South Park!!!

Best carnitas burrito. The pork is tender but they still manage to make it crispy, even in the burrito! I may have to make more stops here on the way to/from seatac!

After moving to Seattle from California, I was devastated the first time I went our for a carnitas burrito in the Emeral city and was told, «No tenemos carnitas, desea pollo?» — Enter El rincon. Best Carnitas burro in town, hands down. Nothing else even needs to be said. Almost don’t want to post this because I’d hate for this place to get overrun with capital hilpters, but the owner/workers are too sweet and I gotta give them props where it is due.

Work right across the parking lot so I take out from this truck all the time. The carne asada quesadilla is a hitter! A little greasy at times but very consistent! My employee likes the chicken tacos!

This Taco truck is truly a diamond in the rough. I was looking for a restaurant when I searched for the place and started to drive. To my surprise it was a truck and had a good list of food. So far, I had the tacos, quesadilla, torta and burrito! Here is my rankings: Chicken Taco: A+ Steak Taco: A+ Shrimp Taco: C–(Hard shell, cocktail shrimp in a big cup with tons of tomato paste) Burrito: B+ Torta: NHD(Never Had it Before) so can’t really compare but is worthy of a B Why are their tacos so good? Well to start with, the little tortillas are a little toasted and as human we just love warm food. The meat is well marinated and enough juicy. They don’t add anything on it but chopped onions and cilantro. They will provide a small tub of Salsa on the side. With less than $ 2 for a taco, you just can’t go wrong!

This has to be the best taco truck/bus in Seattle! Prices are decent, service is fast and they’re open late.

I work across the street from this taco truck and eat it wayyyyy more than I should! Never been sick, never had money taken from my bank, never had a single tiny problem with anything except maybe the fact I can’t fit in my jeans anymore, lol. $ 5 carne asada burrito is my favority ‘go-to’ from here. Tacos are a close 2nd. Pretty sure I’ve tried everything on the menu and I love it all. Camarones El Diabla, mmmm… mouth is watering now…

They have a bunch of fliers up, but wouldn’t put up a missing dog flyer for a family friend… way to support your community… you could have just said sorry no, but you were extremely rude. Awesome karma!

This place gave me food poisoning, I was pretty sick for 3 days and it was awful, I went to the doctor and he diagnosed it as food poisoning and prescribed medication to help with the symptoms. That night I got sick I ate breakfast and dinner with other people and I ate the same thing as them and they were fine so I know the food came from the lunch I ate here. I will never return.

probably my fave taco truck. I always get the steak special enchilada(#16). Never been disappointed. It comes with rice, refried beans, chili sauce, veggies and 2 enchiladas. All for $ 8.

The beef tacos are delicious — the salsa has a great bite to it! The rice and beans are great as well, and they give you a bag of yummy pickled veggies and extra sauces! They have a pretty decent amount of food options as well as many drink options. The prices are average seattle taco truck prices I’m taking off a star because often times service is very slow — i’ve been to similiar taco trucks and ordered the same item and it takes way less time.

The food was okay. But, on a layover, I had over $ 500 of charges made to my credit card after buying food here. It was the only place in WA I used the card and the card info was not only stolen but the card itself was duplicated. CUIDADO!

Had asada Sopes and they were as good as it gets. Kind of shady neighborhood; go for lunch.

I have fellow Unilocalers and a long drive back to Portland from Orcas Island to thank for this taco cart gem! We pulled off I-5, drove a few miles, and HOLYFRIJOLES, there it was! Tucked next to a Subway and gas station on a not-so-scenic tour of south Seattle stood El Rincon. I ordered a pollo, carne asada, and carnitas taco, while the bf snagged a enchiladas plate. The carnitas were the perfect crispy on the outside, moist on the inside chewiness. The other two were not quite as knock-my-socks-off, but I’m also partial to slow-cooked pork in all ethnic varieties. Standard cilantro and onions on top. Verde salsa was a bit runny/not spicy. It’s been a long while since I had some corn-tortilla encased joy bombs that were worth Unilocaling about… Guess I have a mandatory Interstate 5 stop from now on!
