This little stand is a highlight of the Olympic Sculpture Park experience in my book. They have tasty pre-made sandwiches, salads, pastries, and organic fruit if you are in the mood to stop for a snack or just wanted to stock up on picnic fare for an urban hike. On a cold day, they make a darn good hot chocolate to sweeten up your stroll through the sculptures and serve double duty as a hand warmer. The best part is that the ingredients are organic and local! Even better, the plastic wrap on your sandwich is made from compostable corn plastic! They’ve made convenience food into an earth-friendly art form.
