Food is pretty terrible. Whiskey-based drinks seem good(based on the old fashioned) but otherwise cocktails were far too sweet. The«pork belly» taco was actually just bacon swimming in grease. One of the worst meals I’ve had in a while unfortunately, in spite of friendly service.

If you’re looking for a place to dine in with a bit of country, modern, and local feel, Ten on 9th is the place! Man, service here was just fantastic. Our waitress was super friendly and very accommodating with our entire group. I love how they serve local beers here too. Their food here is also all local. Here’s what I recommend: Bloob Bloob — salmon(huge portion) with brussel sprouts. It was really good! Bok Bok — deep friend super tender chicken with their homemade waffle. Man, this was just soooo good! Their menu is limited so once they’re out, that’s it. So come early, enjoy their refreshing drinks, excellent menu, and best of all, their super friendly staff! Until then, be kind to one another and Cheers! ~ :p

Absolutely incredible! Lamb sliders and Belgian frites best I’ve ever had! Cocktails are hand crafted and so well balanced. This is a hidden gem in Seattle.

This place is absolutely amazing. The drinks are made to perfection and it has some of the best food I have had in a while. Everyone who works there is very friendly and knowledgeable. I split the five cheese macaroni and the pear and chicken pizza with my family and they were both insanely delicious. This is one of my favorite spots now.

I went here because I was looking for someplace open late-ish in walking distance of my hotel. It was much better than that. The cocktails were outstanding, the food good(the lamb sliders especially), and the staff friendly and knowledgeable but unobtrusive. I’d definitely come again next time I’m in the city. Note: strict only 21-and-over policy(I saw them turn away a teenager who said he just wanted to order food).

This area is very great! I really like the vibe as well as the customer services we got there! We purchased some lamp slider, chips and buffalo wings it was all extremely tasteful :), Then we Oder some desserts bread pudding and brownie with ice cream! I attempted the bread pudding first and it was truly amazing I adore the way that it was not extremely sweet. I used to not get to attempt the brownie because I gotten so full but it seemed extremely tasteful. I would like to return and attempt other food they had on the menu. I’d urge individuals to try this place you’d adore it.

We wandered into this place near our hotel night before leaving for China. The 10 spice steak salad will stick with me ’til I get back, I’m sure. I also stole the Brussels sprouts out of my wife’s bloog bloog. Small hole-in-the-wall kinda place — loved it! Attentive, but not intrusive, staff. «Jerry’s Cherry» good twist on cachaca.

My husband and I were visiting Seattle and this restaurant was one of the only ones open near our hotel. We decided to give it a try. It is small and cozy inside and very dark. My husband needed a flashlight to see the menu. There was only one waitress but she did an excellent job tending to us and the other patrons. My husband asked for a drink recommendation which she gave and he loved the drink. I asked for a food recommendation and it was great as well. The serving size was well worth the price and we will definitely eat there again next time we are in the area.

My lovely wife and I are foodies… some might even call us snobs. We do not get a date night outside quite frequently, but when we do we look for wonderful food and excellent service. Ten on 9th delivers on all counts! We tried the salmon, lamb sliders, chicken and waffles, french fries and mac n’ cheese. Wow. We’ll keep going back until we try the whole menu and keep coming back for our favorites.

Hidden gem in Seattle for well mixed cocktails and delicious food. The cocktail menu here is extensive and everything is well balanced, you won’t run into the issue of an overly sweet drink or too much alcohol. The food is also delicious. The pound of fries comes with house made ketchup, which takes some getting used to but is super fresh. The buffalo chicken bites are also a hit. The chicken and waffles dinner entrée is delicious with a nice juicy fried chicken.

Underwhelming and pretentious. Perhaps we were there on a bad night but the staff seemed put off that we wanted to order drinks. They have decent happy hour specials with food ranging from $ 3 – 10. They change their menu occasionally, but I’ve enjoyed their spice black bean dip and their«Freedom Onion» soup.

Not only is the food to die for, the staff are incredibly friendly and the owner/head chef is an amazing person. I absolutely loved this place and would recommend it to anyone looking for great food and a great ambiance.

Came here for a work happy hour and had the best moscow mule I’ve ever had! They do good drinks here, and everyone else in my group seemed pretty pleased with theirs, too. Service is really fast, friendly, and attentive, and they do some good bar food, too. I can definitely recommend the belgian frites and the buffalo bites, which are super tasty and surprisingly spicy!(Be warned!) The burger is HUGE(unless you can dislocate your jaw, you will have issues) and pretty good. It’s a cool setting and I could totally see myself coming here for a relaxing drink post-work.

The food was absolutely amazing. Like, no talking just eating good. Dim lights set the mood right. The waiters/bar tenders took a little long to get our order but the food was out in a decent amount of time.

Stopped by with a friend for drinks on a Wednesday evening. Drinks were well-done. She had the daily special and a few other specialty drinks. I stuck with G/T, all were executed well and weren’t overly weak or too strong. We opted for snacks of Belgian fries with homemade ketchup and fresh chips and guac. Both were really well done. Service was good, even though they were obviously a little short staffed once the happy hour got going. Very attentive. Will return to try more.

Fabulous bar. There happy hour is menu over as they give you 3 different size and shape so it’s overkill and makes you feel lost. However, once you figure out the menus and order everything is great. The bartenders are nice and on top of it. The food is really tasty. But if you get fried pay for a sauce to go with it as the house ketchup is horrible. My first thought was tomato sauce with siracha sauce. The special drinks are worth a try. Wednesday and Thursday they seem to have extra themed specials.

Came here on an early Sat evening. Ordered lamb sliders, my friend loved them in all their juicy glory, and i had chicken tacos which I enjoyed as well. We had 8 cocktails between us over the course of the evening and they were all wonderful. My fave was the mescal drink(humo de la agua I think). The water they serve is infused with cucumber which is refreshing. The owner Justin and bartender Keeahney(sorry if I spelled your name wrong!) were engaging and friendly and really made the evening enjoyable. I would definitely come back next time I’m in this area to have some more cocktails and food.

Tiny little spot(a bar and maybe 6 tables) as far as I could see. Very clean inside, with an eclectic collection of art on the walls. I came at 4:00 on a weekday(not Friday) after work, with some coworkers. Each of us had one or two cocktails, we also had the happy hour guacamole and an order of the mac & cheese. Their cocktails had some purposely-cute names that I unfortunately forgot. Service was pretty fast — they sure seemed to have a lot of menus, lol. Wine, happy hour, regular menu, maybe another? Hehe. Prices were pretty decent, especially considering how expensive SLU has gotten. I believe that my happy hour drinks(2 of them) and order of mac & cheese totaled low enough that I could leave a $ 20 bill and still felt like I’d left a pretty generous(just over 20%) tip.

Great neighborhood bar and restaurant. The bar is classy and comfortable. Cocktails are unique and tasty. Try the Sour Grapes. The Moscow Mules are also great. Bar tenders are friendly and will remember you if you come regularly. Food here is very good. Favorites are the Belgian Frites and the Mac n cheese. The tacos are also great.

Cocktails here are great. They have a happy hour from 5pm-6pm where you can order from a smaller, mostly classics menu(think: margaritas, old fashioneds, daiquiris) for around $ 8 each. The original cocktails are inventive, fun, and I think there’s something for everybody. I had the Santaria, a smoky Mezcal based drink with spice and bite from the jalapeño. I thought it was well-balanced and delicious, but my friend who can’t handle spicy drinks thought it was too hot for his palate. I also ordered a rum old-fashioned, a stirred, spirit-forward cocktail off the menu, and was pleased when they knew how to make one without even batting an eyelid. Since it’s in South Lake Union, lots of clientele here are engineers enjoying a post-work cocktail, and the room buzzes with a relaxed level of energy. Service is friendly and no-nonsense. Bar fills up fast between 5 and 6.

After work cocktails with friends. This place is fairly small so don’t plan on coming with a giant group. They have a decent happy hour menu selection. The drinks were tasty but I thought the food was better. The mac and cheese is huge for a happy hour portion and VERY cheesy(as it should be!). My BF had the buffalo bites with«angry bastard sauce» — too spicy for my taste but he really liked it so good for anyone who enjoys spicy/hot food. The bartenders were not super friendly though. Their general attitude felt like you were inconveniencing them for asking them to do their job, even without any special order requests. This wasn’t so off-putting that it would keep me from coming back but definitely keeping the place from getting an extra star on my rating.
