Nice service, but terrible food. Beef teriyaki was hard to chew, wasn’t very fresh and the sauce was wayyy too sweet. We threw ours away.

People seem to talk about the worst teriyaki in town a lot, but this is truly it for me. Sure, it’s in a food court and perhaps one of the worse food courts in Seattle’s list of food courts, the Seattle Center House, but still… Now honestly, I’ve not really had too much bad teriyaki. Most of what I’ve had has been decent and I’ve not been really passionate about it, but I’ve come to expect that as the baseline. This place really changed all that. I gave it a number of chances because I am frequently in the Center House and like to browse around, if I don’t cook or bbq. I’ve had to point out errors in my order. The beef was poor quality and dry each time I visited. The chicken was also not great, being a little bit gristly and also dry. They take about as much pride in their food as the Magic Dragon next door and it shows… I won’t make the mistake of returning again. For your money, you can walk to Yummy Teriyaki in the Bartell’s parking lot above Metropolitan Market for much better teriyaki.

Avoid at all cost. The worst teriyaki I’ve ever had in my life. Use cheap brisket meat for their ‘beef steak’ it’s all dry and tastes bad. Drak chicken is equally BAD. Total Garbage.

Someone PLEASE call 911! Teriyaki Tokyo is in need of serious emergency help. The teriyaki is so bad that a pair of self proclaimed human trash compactors(ppl who would eat anything, including bugs) refused to eat the chicken teriyaki despite massive hunger pangs. The previous tenant(Philly’s Steak Sandwiches) was quite good, but for reasons unbeknownst to anyone, was replaced by this piece of crap. Please go out of business so you can put yourself and us unsuspecting diners out of your/our misery! YUCK! I say again — YUCK!
