came here with my boyfriend and little brother(who can be a picky eater) we had beef pad see ew, chicken pad Thai, and curry chicken fried rice. everything was sooooo good! I also had the rum Thai iced tea, soooooo good also! the only complaint my boyfriend had was that the Thai iced tea was too small :) delicious and the place is so cute!

This place deserves much higher rating!!! Prompt service! Delicious food! I have visited so many times and they always remember I don’t like cilantro so I never see it in my dish :) It’s always the little details that keeps the customer. Love their Tom Yum soup, angel wings and pad kee mao!!! The chicken Panang curry that my friend ordered is very yum too! I have just realized they have changed to a new menu recently. More choices!

Granted I got take out so I have no idea about the rest of the place, but the staff was lovely and the pad Thai and spring rolls were gross. I know ppl like their pad Thai like this. Looked nice. The box was nice. So maybe it’s not gross, but I just miss the Royal Orchid in Ocala. Sigh. Oh well. I can’t review this whole place, just my meh pad Thai.

I’ve traveled Asia these guys are nice, food was rad. Anybody that complained probably never ate at a real Thai place before. Great Thai food the way it should be served and taste.

Popular with the theater crowd… and I can’t figure out why! Are the drinks cheap? It’s cold inside, food takes quite a while, food is disappointing at best. The only things going are the servers are kind, comfortable ambiance(caution: may remind you of your aunt’s living room), and less expensive than nearby alternatives.

This is our favorite Thai place by far. It’s a nice stop when over by the Seattle Center. We now live in the Olympia area so whenever we get to come back here we are definitely excited. Prices are reasonable and they now offer delivery. Their Thai Iced Tea even tastes like the Thai iced Tea we used to get from the carts in Bangkok. The only thing that sucks is that the restaurant tends to be on the hot side. It is in a converted old house, so it is somewhat understandable. Their Curry and Phad Thai are delicious and their spring rolls are fucking delicious.

Nice food and service. Restaurant is in a house. Has a nice feeling to it. Had a shrimp fried rice which was very good. Friend had some curry dish which also looked mighty fine :).

Wow I was really hoping for some good thai food after spending a week on an Alaskan cruise, eating nothing but fried oily Anglo food. Anyway very disappointed in this place, which happens to be right next door to the pineapple hotel I was staying with my family for a few days. We ordered the chicken satay and papaya salad for appetizers. When the order came I was delighted that it was food I recognized, but unfortunately the flavors disappointed. The papaya salad was a little bland, if not for the fish sauce, it would have been any salad made by anyone. The satay chicken came with five pieces of chicken on a stick. The peanut sauce, again nothing exciting about it. We ordered three entrees, one vegetable dish, Panang chcken, and mixed seafood with vegetables. All three dishes had the exact same vegetables in them, which were: Cabbage, onions, bell peppers, and carrots. On all three freaking dishes! Come on, have some culinary skills! Needless to say, especially the most expensive of the three entrees, the seafood dish, had exactly one, maybe two scallops cut into thirds, exactly five shrimps, and a few pieces of cut up squid, although my wife thinks it was cuttlefish. The chicken Panang was a disappointment, flavors didn’t pop, the curry just tasted Ike coconut milk from a can. And the vegetable dish, if I knew they were going to spread the same four or five veggies around all the entrees, I wouldn’t have ordered it. Avoid this place, try another. Maybe once, in a time long long time ago, they cared about their dishes. Unfortunately for me and my family, that time was not today.

Great food and welcome atmosphere. My girlfriend loved the Evil Jungle Prince, while my General Fried Rice had the perfect mix of meats and rice. We both enjoyed the Thai Tea which was perfect. I’d come back any time.

Being from Los Angeles I am spoiled by nearly every cuisine. I was excited to eat Thai in Seattle and was disappointed by this quaint restaurant. It is a beautiful Victorian home that has been transformed into a mediocre Thai restaurant. The Thai tea is watered down and lacking. I got the pad Thai, and left hungry still. The portions were small and bland. Also, you must pay to get rice with any entrée item. No thank you.

Don’t waste your money! We went here because we were staying at the Maxwell Hotel and thought it would be convenient. What a mistake… First, the place looks awful. The place looks cheap and uninspiring. The menus looked like they were accidentally put in a dishwasher. The tables were totally 1980’s. Looks don’t matter much to me but this was bad. Second, the service was bland. The best they did was keep my water full. Third, the food sucked. It didn’t taste good, portion sizes were small, and they tried to nickel and dime me for a side of rice. Really? You want me to pay extra for $ 0.15 of food? The waiter was extremely persistent. If I didn’t ask if it was extra, I would’ve paid into their horrific business. All in all, let this business die. Better restaurants exist and this sad excuse needs to fall into obscurity.

Great tasting food at a reasonable price. I had the curry pumpkin with chicken and have never had it better.

Ordered Evil Jungle Prince to go, expecting a meal of chicken as it is described. What I got was a box full of bamboo shoots with a few small pieces of chicken swimming in an oily sauce. It was a very disappointing dish for the price. The spring rolls were good. Service was fast. Wish the food was better. With more thai options nearby I probably won’t be back.

As much as I want this to be good it just isn’t that great. There was no chicken in the chicken cashew, phad Thai was good. Service was slow and it needs to be cleaned up a bit inside.

Small portions of mediocre food. The fresh rolls were really rubbery & hard to eat. Also incredibly bland other than the one pop of basil. Mom had the Swimming Rama but they were out of spinach so they put it on raw broccoli. I had the pumpkin curry but the vegetables were all so thinly sliced that it was hard to eat and barely a bite. The curry flavor was really light — it was more like a milky soup. The drinks were pretty stiff for $ 7. They pour them at your table and pour them to the brim of the glass which is nice but awkward to drink. Interesting layout… kind of a maze in an old converted house.

Cool location and interesting décor. This thai food place is pretty average on all levels. Smallish servings were somewhat made up for with decent flavors. Good service, prices are a bit high for what you get though.

We waited in the lobby just short of ten minutes for anyone to even ask how many in our party. That should have been the first sign to leave. While waiting we checked out the menu and found the common plates you would find in any Thai restaurant so we decided to take a chance. Slow slow slow. Waited over 35 minutes just for chicken satay. There were 4 pieces and one had grey, old chicken. We ended up returning the whole plate. Dinner itself faired slightly better. The chicken panang was too watery and the other dish(can’t remember the name) was spicy but bland. Overall disappointing and the worst Thai food I’ve had in the area. Had the food been great we could have overlooked the amazingly slow service. Missing on both fronts and serving spoiled chicken get this a one star.

The building itself is pretty weird, an old converted house with a weird«wrap around» seating arrangement but it’s charming and a good place to go if you’re in the neighborhood. Unassuming and not pretentious. The food itself is extremely average. I would not necessarily ever recommend this place or think to eat here again if I were in the neighborhood. Not really bad necessarily, but not exceptional either.
