I’m on the hunt for good thai food in SLU, and I’ve seen healthy lines for the Thai-​U-​Up truck, so I joined the masses last week and ordered some chicken pad see iew, which was passable. The flavor was ok (not too sweet), but overall, it didn’t really hit the spot.
