I started renting an apartment from the Adams when they were managed by the old company. Once Cadence Realty took over this became the worst renting experience of my life. Not only was this worse property management company i’ve ever worked with, this might have been the worst company i’ve ever worked with, period. It was like pulling teeth just to get a response from the folks there.
Don’t even bother looking here if you need an apartment in Belltown.
