Zack is an amazing cat sitter, and we are so happy to have him to rely on! He has been on time for our appointments, or re-​scheduled in advance if something has come up. He’s been very willing to work with us to find times to meet for walk throughs. Most importantly, it’s clear he really enjoys his work and our cats — and our cats adore him! When he came by the second time he cat sit for us, the cats could not get enough of him. It’s great to know our cats won’t be missing us *too* much when we’re away. We also love getting updates and photos from Zack — it makes all the difference to see the cats when we’re faraway.

Zack is the ideal cat-​sitter — that’s too bad about the user who had the missed consultation appointment, but as someone who’s actually used this service, for over a year, I’d like to say that it’s in no way indicative of Zack’s work — he’s extremely good with the cats, and cares too much about them to miss a visit. We always receive pictures to let us know they’re okay; he never bats an eye at having to give our more disagreeable cat his medicine every few days; clearly takes good care of them. I understand how the other user feels, but I really hate to see this Unilocal rating get torpedoed by one person who hasn’t even used the service, because of what was clearly a one-​time mistake anyone could make.
