Man, it’s so hard to write reviews for places like The Cheesecake Factory. I consider this the American staple restaurant that you go to when you absolutely can’t decide on anywhere else because they have just a little bit of everything. For starters, it’s kind of dark in there. If you plan on seeing your date, your friends, whoever you come with, I wouldn’t, because it’s so dimly lit that you can hardly even see the menu. Furthermore, while it’s one of the things that make it what it is, the menu is insanely large. There are about 5 million things on it, and definitely something for everyone who comes here. Of course, I generally always stick with the(sort of?) winning combination of pasta and a cheesecake. The service every time I’ve been here as well has been extremely subpar. It’s so frustrating in general to be treated with little respect just because you are young. I will continue to come here when my friends want to because in all fairness, though it’s a bit expensive, the portion sizes are huge and you get what you pay for. Though here’s my tip: Don’t get the Evelyn’s Favorite Pasta(I thought it was horrendous). I really would give this place a 3 stars but my cheesecake has been slightly frozen every time I’ve come. Do they not regularly serve banana cream pie??? It’s really a travesty for a place named«The Cheesecake Factory». If nothing else, your cheesecake should be out of this world.

We visited with a party of six for two special occasions, a birthday and anniversary. Arrived about 5:30PM on a Tuesday night. Two menu items we requested were unavailable. The dinner items were much like bar happy hour quality. It was hot however; as witnessed by myself because my hand was burnt by the plate being passed to me. Not the best of experiences.

Food: Sweet corn tamales was yummy! Service: Great! The only thing I would note is the wait. The later in the day you go the more you will realize that seats empty up quite fast.

The service was welcoming as was our wonderful server. She was knowledgeable and aware of our needs at all times. The main course usually takes around 25 – 35 minutes to reach the table but presentation is everything. The filet was cooked to proper temp as it melted in my mouth. The atmosphere was chill and pleasant. Another visit will be in order soon.

Calamari Appetizer(3⁄5) –Typical calamari. Edible. Forgetable. Chicken Di Pana(3.5÷5) — One of their specialties. I only had a bite but it wasn’t something I could drive all the way for Seattle for to eat. Fried Zucchini(4⁄5) — I loved this small dish. Zucchini was fresh and it felt like an edible, tasty healthier option compared to other good on the menu. Mushroom and Chicken Lettuce wrap(3.5÷5) — A bit on the salty side but it was a healthier option. After finishing the plate, I still had space for the cheesecake(s). Red Velvet Cheesecake(5⁄5) — Eat this. You will die. It’s amazing! Original Cheesecake(3.5÷5) — A bit too plain for my liking but its worth it to taste what a no nonsense cheesecake is like. Mango Lime Cheesecake(4⁄5) — Tasted like a Chinese mango pudding and texture was like a pudding too. I like Chinese mango puddings. Cookie Chip Cookie Dough Cheesecake(3.5÷5) — it’s a bit too sweet and a bit harder than the other cheesecakes. Tuxedo Cheesecake(4⁄5) — Presentation was amazing, but I wouldn’t be able to eat a whole cake on its own because it’s too rich and too chocolaty. White Chocolate Macadamia Cheesecake(3⁄5) — Very sweet. Nuts were soggy. Cake was hard. Your entrees are not your strongest suit, but Ahh, Cheesecake Factory, I love your cheesecakes alot!

My team of 10 and I came here for lunch before our conference started. All of us were from out of town. it didn’t take too long to seat us even though there were many big parties there as well. Saw a lot of Concurians there as we were all there to eat. I had their lunch size bbq ranch salad and it was HUGE. I wonder how their regular size salad would be like. I also had their mexican tortilla soup which was super salty. I couldn’t finish it at all.

Yes yes yes!!! I always receive great service here. And their food selection is amazing. My appetite can’t keep up with my eyes. Everything I’ve had here is great… Cajun pasta, meatloaf, egg roll sampler(especially their avacado egg rolls), and my fav is their Godiva cheesecake. If you’re somehow at the Cheesecake Factory, and you’re not in the mood for cheesecake… Try their apple crisp. You won’t regret it.

The Cheesecake Factory is easy– you will wait, but you will end up with decent food and great cheesecake. End of story. While waiting for a table is akin to being herded like a cattle, once you get seated, the wait staff is really good. The menu is huge, and it’s pretty easy to find something you will like. Do keep in mind that this is a «little bit of everything» restaurant, so you Thai food will not be as good as a local place down the street. I’ve always had good luck with their American fare. The 2 standout menu items for me– fried macaroni and cheese and the desserts. I often times get the fried macaroni and cheese as an entrée(even though it is listed as an appetizer), and I’m always glad that I did. The cheesecake menu is intensely long. Fun fact, the Godiva cheesecake is gluten free. I’ve also had their carrot cake and chocolate cake– each were fantastic.

The Chicken and Biskets make me happy. So does their spectacular service. If your visiting — try a local Seattle restaurant!!! If you’re a local — an occasional chain won’t kill you.

I travel for work and therefore often dine alone. Service can be hit or miss when dining alone, usually depending on the place and how busy the restaurant is. Rarely do I walk away with an outstanding experience. I’m happy to say that when I had dinner here while in Seattle for work, I was promptly seated and attended to despite it being quite crowded. One waiter approached and explained that — while he wasn’t MY waiter he saw me sitting there and didn’t want me to feel ignored since my waiter was currently busy — so he took my drink order. Perfect! My glass of wine was delivered by another waiter and a third one brought me warm bread and butter. Finally Eric, my waiter, appeared and took my order. I had the Steak Diane, which was cooked to perfection. Basically beef medallions smothered in a mushroom sauce and served with mashed potatoes and grilled onions. Delicious! I passed on dessert but the selections were tempting. The staff’s attention to me was much appreciated.

Dessert anyone? Yes!!! Love this place for desserts. As soon as you walk in, Boom! Desserts! Even when I’m starving to death, I just wanna jump right in and do «desserts»! No, not really. Usually, I save the best for last and I’m referring to this«sweet» stuff. However and strangely, I do crave sweets once in a while and this is when I show up here. I don’t have a sweet tooth by all means or whatever ppl call it but their«Strawberry Shortcake»? My goodness God of strawberries! You want more??? Great food, large large menu and reasonable. Gotta check this place out. Mind you, it’s pretty crowded but Always? Really? Could it be bcs of this super Yummy dessert??? IDK. Parking on the streets or park in a garage nearby. Whatever… I come here all the time esp. when I go to see shows at the Paramount Theater. This is my stop.

Of course it’s a big chain restaurant so there is not much variance across the country. That said, I do like the pasta and chicken dishes(chicken piccata) and clearly, the cheesecake. I’d classify it as a date restaurant but this one is right next door to Gameworks — I admit, have definitely binged here on cheesecake and then danced some DDR next door. I wouldn’t go out of my way for it, but I wouldn’t turn it down if offered. Solid 3.

Corporate dining. Nationwide chain. Huge menu. Usually these are bad things — not here. This downtown location is centrally located and pretty glammed up. The service is very professional. Personable, too. The prices at first glance seem slightly high until you see that each entrée is really two meals. Then it seems like a stellar value. I prefer this location to Bellevue square. It’s a little prettier. There is something for everyone. Beverages galore. I really enjoy this place.

We stopped here for lunch when we we’re in Downtown. It wasn’t crowded at all so we were seated right away. Such a vast amount of choices it take half an hour to choose. Huge selection of cheesecake. Our nice server Brad had perfect timing whenever he came to our booth to take our order, bring us food, check on us, refill drinks, etc. Our food came out hot and in record time. I had the Grilled Rib-Eye Steak with fries($ 26.95). It came out with perfect grillmarks. It was juicy, tender, and had great flavor. My husband had KOBEBURGER, $ 15 burger. Whatever right? It had Kobe in the name even though it most likely wasn’t actual Kobe. The burger was pretty good tho’ with sautéed mushrooms and onions. The girls had«Kids Mini Corn Dogs» with fries $ 5.95 and«Kid’s Spaghetti with Meatball» $ 6.95. Both KIDSMEAL comes with milk or juice. We shared two slices of cheesecake: WHITECHOCOLATECARAMELMACADAMIANUTCHEESECAKE and FRESHBANANACREAMCHEESECAKE. GEORGIAPEACH: Good but not strong. Taste like a non alcoholic drink. The interior décor is amazing, the pillars, the ceilings and the floors gives it a very stunning upscale look. If you have a party with varied tastes, this place is for you. There is something for everyone! I would definitely recommend this restaurant to others for a fun outing with friends or family… Good downtown location. Excellent dining experience. Pro: Large portion sizes. You’re going to get full, which has always confused me a little since they are known for(and named after) their desserts, which you cannot eat if you are full. Con: The prices are high. You may receive a ten-pound entrée, but you’re paying for it. The Cheesecake Factory is overall worth the trip.

Delicious! Went on a Sunday night at 8:00pm, and the restaurant is slammed! 30-minute wait for a table for two in the dining room, but we were able to be seated immediately in the bar — I love that the full menu is available. Our server, April B., could not have been nicer or more attentive. I had Steak Diane($ 19.95). My wife had several small plates: Asian Lettuce Wrap Tacos, Cuban Spring Rolls, and Crispy Crab Bites(each $ 6.95). I have to say, the employees did an amazing job, and it was interesting to watch them taking care of business amid the milling chaos of the crowded lobby. A solid Four-Star meal, and an additional Star for the hard work of the exceptional Cheesecake Factory Staff!

What can I say about Cheesecake? Cheesecake is one of my favorite casual restaurants to go to, whether that’s for lunch or dinner. Because this one is in downtown, I would always expect lines. Whenever I go here for lunch during the week, I have never experienced a line then. But I have noticed that service does tend to lack. Every time I have gone here for dinner though, that’s a different story. Lines are pretty long. I would expect to wait at least 15 – 20 minutes before you get seated. I would say the service in general at this Cheesecake location is just average. They don’t exactly pay close attention to you but at the same time they do their job. I have seen much better service at other Cheesecake locations. But overall, food is the usual — delicious and the portion sizes are super generous with each entrée. I always find myself packing 2 slices of cheesecake pieces to go no matter how full my stomach is.

I always wanted to visit The Cheesecake Factory and finally one day I dined here for a meal full of CALORIES. Well you can burn the extra calories next day, so don’t worry about the calories and simply enjoy your meal when you are at the cheesecake factory. The restaurant is huge and a large number of patrons can dine here. During weekends the lines are huge. My server was friendly & attentive and the food came out fast. I visited CF with my brother. We ordered Avocado egg roll, crispy crab bite, cajun jambalaya pasta and kahula cocoa coffee cheesecake. Egg roll was crispy and from inside it was soft as butter. I simply loved it! Although the pasta is described as very spicy it wasn’t that spicy. However, the portion was huge and it was delicious too. By the time we ate all the dishes we were full and had little space left in the tummy for dessert. When you are at CF one should definitely order cheesecake no matter how much space is left in the stomach. We ordered kahula cocoa coffee cheesecake and decided to share it. Cheesecake was out of the world. I was totally blown away. Kahula cheesecake is highly recommended. Food: 4.5÷5 Service: 5⁄5 Ambiance: 4.5÷5

Facebook friends gave me all manner of s*** for eating at «chain restaurants» during my boyfriend’s APA national conference. But we don’t have a Cheesecake Factory in Santa Barbara(insufficient population density) and the Brentwood location closed ages ago. Sherman Oaks is okay but parking a hassle. And I love the low-carb cheesecake. It’s lighter than the regular and I can’t tell that they use Splenda rather than sugar. Also it’s fast and easy, both draws for a lunch between conference sessions. They have a new under 600 calorie menu with many options, all of which look terrific. I had a vegetable salad with a terrific pomegranate dressing. It was fresh and excellent except for the beets, half of which were so undercooked I felt like I was biting into a carrot. The service is always good and for a chain, I think CF is great, particularly with this new«Skinnylicious» menu. It’s not fine dining but it’s more than adequate. I thought boyfriend’s Chinese chicken salad one of the better ones I’ve had. The chicken was tender and the dressing a perfect blend of sweet and tangy.
