I was trying to coordinate with the front desk/receptionist and the most simple things kept falling through the cracks. !! Totally useless.

Wow, this has been a really annoying experience. The place looks really nice from their website but good luck getting in. It took a long time to start the initial contact. Contact from website tells us there is no flex space and that to get a tour we need a referral. So I find a referral, who gives me another point of contact at Could Room. This new contact tells me there is flex space. I then confirm with her that there is in fact flex space for 3 in the building. I assume they said there is none before since I was not a referral. I’m told that I need an application to see the space. I send that. I’m told it will take 2 days tops to find out if we’re approved. I inquire at 2 days, find out it would be a few more. I wait, I ask again if they made a decision. I hear nothing. I ask again. I wait. 8 days later, I get a response that they have no flex space and try to up sell me to fixed desks. This was an unprofessional pace and way to do business.
