I used to live here and it is an Ok place to live. If your going to school but don’t want to live in the dorms it’s perfect for you but other than that the tiny overpriced apartments aren’t worth it. We always heard our upstairs neighbors stomping around. They once busted out our kitchen light with they running! They have a really nice garden area with a fountain and its a nice place to just sit and read or hang out. I think the worst thing about the Corydon is the creepy maintenance guy! I caught him looking in our window once watching me! Another downside to living there is its connected to a retirement living place and they are always setting the dang fire alarms off!

I have thoroughly enjoyed my time at the Corydon. The staff, Eric, Genevieve and Rodney, are attentive, friendly and professional. The building is conveniently located near the University and U-​Village shopping district. Units are large with ample natural lighting and well insulated from noise.
