I have been here a handful of times and each time the woman working the front desk goes above and beyond to help her customers. Excellent service!

I would not recommend this business. I had a terrible experience, today. I didn’t care for the service and especially not the prices. When I got back to my office, fuming and furious, I discovered that several of my co-​workers had similar, poor experiences, to the point where they will never go back! Same here. So, if it works for you, great. But they just lost all of our business here in my office, both professional and personal. I would rather wait in line at the post office for hours than go back to this business.

Margaret will find the most expensive shipping service for you! I have to actually tell her to check something else so I can get something cheaper otherwise she’ll put your stuff in a box (you pay the box and it’s heavier) which means it is more expensive! I sell stuff and it is my first time so I have no idea about shipping them and had questions but she always answers me sarcastically. She is so mean and I feel like she is always annoyed at me even if I have been polite and nice to her because I thought being nice is how you can make other people treat you nice too but this woman is just the worst! I have come to this place a lot to ship my items because this is the closest and I always end up paying extra! I walked a couple more blocks to the post office today and I paid like nothing compared to what I have been paying her! I hope Margaret will read this review so that maybe she can change her bad attitude to her customers!

This place is fantastic. I’ve pretty much stopped going to the post office which usually always has a line and only one person working. Mailbox & gifts is small and cozy and has excellent customer service. They’re friendly, fast, and they’re honestly trying to help you have the best mailing experience out there whether it’s cheaper prices, faster shipping, or heck even a free stamp if you forgot to stamp one of the cards in your stack that was going out. This place is awesome and highly recommended.

This place is hand-​down my goto place for any shipping needs. Margaret provides exceptional customer service and I always had lots of fun chatting with her. She has transformed the place into more than just a simple shipping center. There are cards, scented products, candles, puzzles etc and best of all, they are from local business and very hand-​made. I feel good about purchasing from her because it helps support local businesses as well. And if you are in her customer list, whenever you ship out she would send you email with tracking number and process, which is awesome. Can’t recommend this place and Margaret enough!!!

This is the friendliest mailing center I’ve ever been to. Margaret is personable, energetic, and will do whatever it takes to help you with your postal needs. I walked in with a stack of important documents that I needed to mail to Los Angeles, she gave me multiple mailing options and gave me her recommendation on the most reliable carrier. She also went out of her way to find the cheapest mailing method. She is there for the costumer and not the type to try to make an extra buck off of you.

Yes it’s true, the previous owner was very set on HIS ways, and yes, he was always moody, and yes he left for good. With that out of the way I can say that the new lady is awesome! and she rocks~ I think she should wear cape with the monograms «SF» because she is Super Friendly. I needed to mail some frozen food (empanadas) to Colorado so I came in and asked about how to do that. she explained the whole shabang and how I should use a styrofoam cooler inside a box and use a freezer gel pack instead of dry ice, because of air shipment restrictions and the fees that I would incurred had I used dry ice (extra $ 8!) I’m happy to say that the food arrived on time and thanks to the 1,000 «FRAGILE» stickers that she put on, intact! Way to go!!!

Easily the best experience I’ve ever had at a mailing place! I needed very specific stamps and they didn’t have enough in stock. They drove around Seattle to find more of the stamps that I needed so that I could get my stuff mailed! The woman who works there also loves dogs which is a wonderful perk since i can bring my dogs in :).

For a small place around the corner this little drop box is AS GOOD AS IT GETS!!! The staff is very friendly, supportive and honest in every way possible. I was very surprised at all of the options that were available for packaging and at such a great price. Whether you are looking to move across the country or send a little something special to your something special this is the place that will gladly get it done for you in a timely manner!

They wanted to charge me $ 2 to drop off a UPS package.
I’ve been dropping packages off here for a couple years and this is the first time they have attempted to charge me. Every time I come in here, the guy gives me attitude. I have always felt that he was upset that I am just dropping a box off. Well, I walk in today and he tried charging me… What a joke. Regardless of the fee, the guy has no customer service skills.
I will walk the extra 5 blocks to UPS from here on out.

These folks charge $ 3 per box for UPS drop-​off. Ridiculous.
I’d give them one star, except the gentleman proprietor was kind enough to hold the door for me as I staggered in under 30 lbs of packages. He was also kind enough to hold it for me when I took them right back out… Won’t be returning.
