So smiley, helpful, friendly, proactive. Easy parking. Love this location. They actually seem happy to be at work, so management is doing something right. A+ cust serv on all fronts.

I got a personal mailbox (PMB) here to have more secure mail and it’s totally worth it. I don’t have to worry about being home to sign for packages and since it’s not PO Box I can receive any type of delivery. No restrictions. Costs about $ 20/​month and they’re open until 7pm on weekdays and 5pm on Saturdays. Better hours than the PO and less money. The staff at this location is super helpful and very customer focused. I haven’t used any of their other services so I can only comment on the PMB. Anytime you receive a package you are sent an email letting you know. That way I only have to go when I actually get a package.

I’ve been using The UPS Store for 10plus years.

Love this location. I have a mailbox here and the staff recognizes me and pulls my packages as I am walking through the door. Super friendly staff and even though I have moved to the east side I keep my mailbox here because of how awesome they are!

After spending 20 min in line at the USPS in Wallingford, we find out they refuse to tape our box top for us. That wasn’t the problem. My issue is that the lady at the counter just points at the wall and says: you pay for tape.
We walked out and came to this UPS. I encountered the nicest man who, of course taped the box at no charge. Gave us different shipping options and was FRIENDLY THROUGHOUT THE WHOLE TRANSACTION.

The worlds greatest UPS store, hands down! I went to print wedding invitations that included an invite, map, RSVP, and labels for 150 invitations… and I was on a deadline. Greg and John helped me multiple times not only getting my invitations printed in 24 hours, but using photoshop to resize images to make sure it was perfect. Wedding planning can be very stressful but this UPS made this experience memorable and very fun for me. Extreme thanks, and I will definitely be back! Worth the drive!

Friendly, fast, and fun! Well, maybe just friendly and fast. They also recycled my packing material from a recent online shopping spree that would not be accepted in the regular Seattle recycle bin. Hooray!

We went to this UPS store again for a print job, and worked with John. He did a great job, and went out of his way to make sure we were happy with the final product. I highly recommend going here if you need anything printed!

I needed a notary service and help overnight documents. John and his staff were amazing, fast courteous, helpful and offer good advice.

I needed same-​day Notary Service on a Saturday then overnight the notarized document for arrival on Monday. John Appel gave us phenomenal customer service, was very kind and thoughtful and was able to notarize and send my package overnight. The process was incredible smooth at a fair price. What an amazing experience! We were helped by John, who set a new standard for quality and professionalism.
We had a relatively complex print job, and were initially hesitant about taking the work to UPS instead of a boutique printer. However, John took exceptional care in patiently explaining exactly what he could and couldn’t do, gave precise estimates of time and cost, and worked with us very closely to achieve a very high-​quality finished product. And he did all this for a fraction of the cost of other comparable options. Recommended without reservations — if for some reason they can’t do what you need, they’ll happily point you to the right person for the job.

One of the staff help me to crop my photo using photoshop, it was an easy job, but it cost me 12.5 dollar. Its ridiculous

I have been renting the mail box service with this UPS store for several years so far. They are always very helpful and friendly. Often I came to pick up multiple packages and didn’t need to lift a finger, because the staffs would help to carry and load them to my car!

The service here, to me, is always first-​rate and top-​notch. Usually, I have no problems — I place my order, pick it up in a couple of hours, thank the staff, and leave.
Recently, I had a problem with their color laser printer; the manager took time to run off color proofs with different densities and adjust the color space on my PDF file to my satisfaction. Awesome. And I’m not a big customer, just 50 or 100 flyers a month or so.
I think they’re awesome.

I frequent this place to drop off packages of things that I need to return after some online shopping. I never have problems! There is always parking, easy to get to, seems to be a good store.

You go to UPS for one thing.
To drop off a package that needs to be returned/​shipped. I never see anyone else in a UPS location for anything else. If they are, they usually are having some issues so I tend to steer clear.
This location is in the «Oaktree» complex with the AMC theater, etc and it’s definitely a small location with usually only 1 or 2 clerks on staff.
I do a lot of online shopping which sometimes results in returns/​exchanges so I drop by here a lot.
They are good if you have everything prepaid and just need to drop it off. If you actually need anything else, they tend to be a bit slow on the draw. My husband had a really bad experience with a prepaid package where they actually sent it and the receiver lost it. Bad mojo!

Customer service at this location is severely lacking. Let me preface by acknowledging that UPS did not create my issue, but their «help» with developing a solution is my concern.
Comcast sent me two prepaid labels to return equipment, but both labels mistakenly had the same tracking number. UPS took both, gave me a receipt, but then caught the error two days later. They called and asked that I come back to the store. I returned to resolve the issue. I asked if we could put everything into one box and ship it under one of the two labels. One clerk told me we could, then quickly said he wasn’t sure. He asked the second clerk, who stated that «the boss» had said earlier that we couldn’t. The first went into the back to verify, then came back with a completely different solution that made no sense. After going around and around for 10 minutes, they both agreed that they could put everything into a single box under one label. Wonderful… or so I thought.
They quickly returned to inform me that the label stated «3 lbs» at the top. They were concerned that combining the two boxes together would possibly exceed 3 lbs. Dumbfounded, I acknowledged that they were correct, as each box was approximately 10 lbs alone. This they should know because they carried the boxes back and forth several times. I asked why it didn’t matter before that the label stated «3 lbs» but the box weighed 10 lbs. They weren’t sure. I asked what the «3 lbs» on the label even meant. They weren’t sure. After having all of my patience exhausted, I finally just had them ship one box using one tracking label and I paid out of pocket to ship the other box.
These guys seriously resemble stereotypical potheads and can’t do much beyond scan and print receipts. I’ve been a few other times and they were able to pull that off without any hassle. Conversation is pretty wanting, though. As in… I want them to not converse with me. If I wanted to be called «dude», I’d go to the beach and at least get some sun.

This place is terrific. They bend over backward to accommodate everything, even mistakes made on my part. Perhaps this is because I am lucky enough to belong to a corporate account, but I like to think they treat the little guys just like they treat me– like royalty.

I get fliers here, mail packages to family, print postcards and even have done kids’ birthday invites and the like. They do EVERYTHING.

Today, the UPS store in Northgate just up and closed their doors with no notice to customers. If you were at that store in the first few business hours, you were told to come to this store and they would continue your service. They did — and they were super nice about it, despite being somewhat caught off guard by the whole scenario.
So this review is of literally my first impression. To start, the staff went out of their way to be nice and as informative as possible to displaced customers which ranged from anxious and concerned to calm but disappointed. Customers did indeed have their remaining contract honored, with this store simply taking your word on how much longer you had at the other place. Personally, my new contract was finalized and I had keys in my hands in under 10 minutes. We’re still wondering about our mail from the other installation, but thus far information has been as free flowing from here as possible and I have no doubts that it will continue to flow as the week progresses. In the realm of the store itself, I was very happy with the overall look of the place; modern, well-​lit (important for after hours/​dark mail pickup), clean, etc.
I had close to 8 years at the other place — if this UPS store continues along the same positive track that I’ve seen thus far, I will look forward to many more years with this chain, despite the horrible hiccup.
