This place knows how to make apparel! I made an order for T-​shirts, Long Sleeves, and Hooded Sweatshirts, all coming to over 200 pieces. This place did not fail me. Their prices are very reasonable, the quality of the apparel is excellent, and the service is amazing! Marta was very good at communicating over email and they were able to make my order within the estimated time. The location is just over the West Seattle bridge so not too far from main downtown Seattle. Definitely choose this place for any printing needs!

After weeks of researching for a print shop for my up coming family reunion, I decided to go with ThisThat. I’d have to say that they did an incredible job. I had contacted them a couple months prior to the event, letting them know that I was interested in working with them.
For any of you who have tried to coordinate a large family gathering you can understand how frustrating it can be. During the whole process of trying to determine how many shirts I would need and what designs to choose from, ThisThat was right there along side me helping me out. They were understanding and very patient with me.
In the end, after two months of working things out, everything was completed. The shirts turned out amazing! We had a design on the front and back as well as a grey scale photo on the front. I can’t explain how well the picture came out, it looked great. AND our reunion was in Hawaii so they even shipped it too.

I’ve now used these folks on two separate occasions for large custom orders for special events (75+ shirts, different sizes and styles) with absolutely no problems whatsoever. The prices are good, the work is excellent, everything is always done on time, and looks great. I plan on continuing to use them in the future and am SO relieved and thrilled to have found a consistently reliable and good quality screen printing company. Good job guys, keep it up.

I have been trying to get shirts made for my small boutique with This That. I spoke with Eric 25 days ago about ordering samples and everything sounded great. After waiting 20 days and not hearing anything back from him I emailed him making sure everything was okay. It’s been 25 days now with no response to my phone calls nor email. I’m really frustrated. If something happened I would be totally understanding, but with no response it is difficult to be. My time is valuable and i would have appreciated a little more concern for it.

I can tell you that after using many different screen printers over the last 10 years, that the mad-​crazy good team at ThisThat just nails it. They do amazing work, don’t complain, stick their noses to the grindstone (or printscreen in this case) and just get it done.

Jason, Eric, Jaime and the team are amazing. We have been using them since the beginning of 2012 for numerous print jobs from tees, hoodies, tanks and jackets and from small to large orders. Having been personally referred to ThisThat two years ago by a very close friend of mine, I already had a feeling I was in good hands when ordering a set of custom rowing tanktops for our summer session. Two years later and after repeat orders, I can say that my expectations (and my group of rowers) have always been exceeded in the quality, price, thoroughness, turnaround time, and customer service given by Jason and crew.
When ordering any type of apparel, you always have a specific idea in mind of what you want your «design» to look like as a finished product, and oftentimes have a little bit of hesitation when putting in a large order. You hope that the hundred shirts you just committed to won’t come back looking like a Rorschach test or printed an inch off of center (or worse, on the wrong side…) With ThisThat, however, from the very beginning of the ordering process to the end, you’re taken care of, and won’t have to make the Home-​Alone-​aftershave-​face when you open the box.

These guys are SUPER awesome. We had a last minute shirt order for a work event and these guys got it done with days to spare. Really great work.
You can tell from their website that these guys have an eye for design. There was no worry in my mind that they could produce a great shirt with little direction. Even their invoices looked sharp. It was the first time I have even been excited to receive an invoice.
It’s one thing to print shirts well but their costumer service is also above and beyond. They were quick to respond to initial emails, gave us a mid-​project progress report and let us know as soon as the shirts were done. We will definitely be working with them from now on.

When it comes to screen printing, nobody is more efficient, helpful and consistently awesome as ThisThat. Not only do they get back to you in good time, but turnaround times are amazing, even with some of the toughest jobs. The quality is always there and if they make a mistake, they will own up to it, no questions asked. The Hawaii Club at Seattle University was celebrating its 50^th Anniversary Luau this year and to commemorate this special event, the club wanted to have shirts made.
I had a very specific design, which includes a two-​color block lettering on the front of the shirt, a one-​color tribal sleeve on the left shoulder and a one-​color tribal print of the Hawaiian Islands on the back, right shoulder.
I knew this specific design would be challenging for many printers because it is not within the standard printing area (across the chest/​center of the shirt). The shoulder tribal pieces were needed to be printed over the seams of the shirt. According to many of the companies that I have talked to, printing over the seams is either impossible, very difficult to do and/​or unable to produce a nice finish.
HOWEVER, Jason… man JASON! He told me from the very beginning that the shirts were not only doable but fun to do as well.
When it came to the final decision of choosing the company, it was between ThisThat and another company who had said that they were able to print the design. The other company backed out the last minute, saying that printing the design was not possible and insisted on modifying the design (which I did not want to do). I was kinda upset about it, but it made the decision-​making a lot easier and it went to ThisThat.
After notifying Jason, he was all on board. Got the quotes, submitted the designs, he even invited me down to the shop which was great. At the shop, he basically gave me the run down of the production, all the technical stuff about printing over the seams, sizing and what not. Everything from the design to having everything printed within a two week turnaround, Jason’s confidence, professionalism and friendliness put all my worries at ease. I knew for a fact that the job was in good hands.
Everything was finished and ready for pick up by the deadline, he even sent in press checks along the way to make sure everything was going smoothly.
The final product came out fantastic! I was very satisfied with the way the shoulder prints came out, Jason and the ThisThat Crew did a phenomenal job.
Eric, who was my point of contact at the time of pick up showed me the shirts and made sure that everything was taken care of.
So if you are looking for a company to do your print and design jobs… look no further cause ThisThat is where it’s at!

I used ThisThat for a special safety t-​shirt order for a construction project. The design was a little tricky and several other companies didn’t get it or just passed completely. ThisThat had a proof back to me within a day and it was exactly how we wanted it to look. They went the extra mile to meet our schedule and even hand delivered the shirts to me hot off the press. I will definitely send more business their way in the future.

Amazing work! Fantastic customer service! I kid you not, I had a designed a shirt in which there was a small detail where thread goes through a needle. The layers matched so well you couldn’t even see a micron of a gap.
What has two thumbs and is completely impressed? This guy!

I have had about four of five shirt orders processed through «ThisThat» and have been extremely pleased every time. They are quick on their initial response replies as well as the general turn around time for your ordered product. I guess it depends on your quantity, mine has been relatively low at about a fifty-​shirt order but I usually get them within the week. Jason and Eric (ThisThat company men) are professional as well as laid back and will help you design, refine or maybe even create whatever you might have in mind for your shirt orders. My type of shirts are traditional northwest coast native art designs that I sell at artist markets and native gatherings and not everybody can print the intricate line work involved in the design and translate it well to screen pressed items but ThisThat does a tremendous job which I have been very pleased with! I’m sure whether you have original artwork or just a local intramural sports team that you need jersey shirts made for, these guys can accommodate you and give you a product you’ll admire.
