Yes, one of the best, if not thee best yoga in Seattle. Have practiced yoga for decades for a back injury. Jeff is always professional and playful at the same time. Good for both beginners and advanced. What I like best is that at the beginning of class we go around briefly and say what we are looking for AND what ails us that day. So many classes I go to that don’t do that, and then the instructor misses such an important connection with the students/attendees. Classes can be crowded, but then other times there is three or four. He can work you hard yet let you know that what ever you can do is what it’s all about. Marvelous ambiance and atmosphere.

Thrivelife Yoga offers Hatha Fusion, Gentle Core, Deep Core, Hatha Power Fusion, and Restorative/Gentle classes. I went for Deep Core class that combines some Yoga postures with core strengthening and stretching. The instructor Jeff played what he calls«Asian Disco». I’m not really sure what it was(an eclectic mix) but it suited the class and made the time pass smoothly. Wonderful on hands instruction were provided throughout the class. The studio is attractive equipped with great décor, changing room, lobby, bathroom, and a free parking lot. Jeff mentioned that at one time he taught hot Yoga and he is a certified Bikram instructor. I’ll definitely go back for some more Deep Core, and probably some Hatha Power Fusion. One of the best kept secrets in the neighborhood.
