I have studied jazz guitar with Tim in both private lessons and in workshop formats over several years. He has helped greatly in my playing and provides a fun and supportive environment for learning. He is good about directing the lessons in a way that best fits the student’s personality. The lessons are full of great musical knowledge, but allows plenty of freedom. And he is such a wonderful player, it is just a treat to spend time playing with him.

Tim is the man. He really wants to teach you what you want to know and he never goes too fast. He has a way of explaining things so clearly and helping you find the way that works for you. Tim, as a player and as a person, is full of heart & soul and has a wealth of experience and knowledge. He usually likes to jam with you on a song at the end of the lesson so you can try to use the things you have learned and it is great to have the opportunity to play with someone like him. He is encouraging, supportive, and truly a master in his own right!
