Trinity Nightclub has been the spot to go to in Seattle for a long time, especially for big groups. With 3 different rooms, with 3 different vibes you truly have a little something for each person in the group. If you have people into top 40 and hip hop they have the blue room for you. If you have people that are into electronic and commercial dance the main room is where they want to be. If you have people that don’t dance and want to sit down to relax, chat and drink the card room is where they can chill. I highly recommend this place for all your weekend fun.

Big energy here. They recently renovated the place ambitiously and turned up the noise! Best bar service, confident and professional security, clean bathrooms, and great DJ’s. Parking across the street! This place has consistently a much more diverse crowd than some of the smaller clubs in Seattle. It’s not uncommon to meet an established business owner, a 21 year old super freak and an adventuring tourist all in a 5 foot radious.

I feel like I always get trashed at Trinity. Their shots must be 175% of any other club out there. My main gripe is that they are always way too crowded. If you aren’t dancing in the smashed up mosh pit — the security is shining their light on you telling you to move, you’re not allowed to stand anywhere really, unless you go to the small back bar with no music or you have a table upstairs. It’s a cool venue, but the area is so sketch, you’re harassed by homeless entering and leaving the club. They have a wide mix of music which I like, but they should swap out those couches in the VIP areas — they’re looking ragged.

Terrible staff attitude. Feels like there is no management and everyone just does whatever they want.

There is a reason clubbing is almost nonexistent in the Pioneer Square area. This place is situated around one of the sketchiest places in Seattle. Homelessness and drug use is very rampant around this area, so take extra precaution when walking down the street or parking your car. Sketchiness factor aside, Trinity is actually a decent place to go to. 8−10PM dollar well drinks are nice. The dance floor is a decent size, nothing to scoff at. Bottom line, If you must go clubbing in Pioneer Square, just be careful. Keep in mind there are other alternatives. Going out in the Pioneer Square area shouldn’t have to be a tense experience but it is what it is. Have fun and be safe everybody!

This place lets everyone in, they do not follow the capacity issued by the fire Marshall. I recently visited, paid my 15 dollars walked in, and walked right back out. There was no where to move. They still let people in, with it being so over populated. Save your money and go somewhere that follows the capacity limit.

The staff was rude and wouldn’t even acknowledge my friends and I at the door. Plus security/staff just basically kept aggressively pushing people out the way for no reason when they could have simply been more cordial. There was huge amount of homeless people and drug addicts hanging outside.

Let me start off with one thing. Given my age now, I don’t think I fit the target demographic anymore. Never mind that I’ve been the clubbing type, I’ll give my review on the crowd. Mostly younger group, clearly in their early 20s out to have a good time. Good looking crowd of girls some dressed in club attire and others… well, it is Seattle! The lay out of the building is pretty huge with multiple levels, multiple rooms. If you want to dance, they have a dance floor with live DJ. Love some of the Chinese style décor and apparently taken out of some previously demolished buildings right here in Seattle. It’s a cool little spot and a great place to meet people no doubt. The down side is it is right next to a convenience store that tons of bums like to hang out at so it would probably be in the best interest of women to come and leave as a group.

This seem to be the only club still surviving in Pioneer Square. Supper club closed down. Volume closed down(I was happy at first, but now Volume’s ghetto demographic is migrating everywhere else in Seattle). Tigs got seized by the government. I guess Trinity is the only spot to go to if you are in Pioneer Square. On Thursday, it’s hip hop night with no cover charge. On weekends, there’s happy hour from 8−10pm where you can get $ 1 well drinks. It’s not the greatest, but $ 1 shots with a chaser is a sweet deal if you want more booze for the buck. You can just stop by to pregame here before heading to another club or final place of destination that night, or stay here if you decide to give it a try. The venue itself is actually pretty nice, just the weird crowd that kind of intimate me to return often. It’s definitely an older crowd, it kinds of make me wonder if I am going to end up here partying after I hit my 40’s. Ahhhh, don’t even want to think about aging that fast. There is nothing much around Pioneer Square within walking distance for you to do before or after so Trinity might be your only place of interest if you are planning to stay in the area. Make sure to walk with buddies around here at night, there is a ridiculous amount of crazy homeless people just lurking around aggressively begging for change. Oh Pioneer Square, a lot of characteristics.

There is NOPOINT in going to a dance club if they pack it so full of people you cannot even move let alone dance! The air was so thick from all the people I literally could not breathe in there! Half our party got lost in the sea of people so we spent the majority of the time there walking in circles trying to find each other. Oh, did I mention some creepy short guy felt me up as I was walking past him? Yep, hand right up my dress on my thigh… really??? UGH felt so violated I was totally done at that moment. Finally got sick of not being able to enjoy ourselves so we went next door and found a great little hidden bar playing some good tunes and had a few drinks and had a great time chatting with some regulars and the pretty amazing bar tender.

Realistically depending on the night the crowed can be very aggressive. This night I saw more Asians then Indian looking men so I felt more comfortable. I only have 2 people approach me as soon as my bf stepped away to use the bathroom or get a drink and one outside in front of him. Stay classy men of Seattle. I am digging the new DJ in the main room and the bartenders in the side room are great. Heavy handed the night I was there. And I love asking for water and not being handed a bottle. I’m ok with tap. I just don’t want to be shit-faced drunk

I went on Sat., March 7. It gets really crowded right around midnight which makes it almost impossible to dance. It also got really hot temperature-wise, it felt like they didn’t have air conditioner. The hip hop room is especially small. The drinks were good and pretty cheap in comparison to clubs in Vegas and LA. I came here on a Saturday night — I’m not sure if different types of people go on different days of the week. When my friends and I went that night there was an older-ish population… There was like a 5 guys: 1 girl ratio and that resulted in a lot of creepers. Overall it started out great as my friends and I enjoyed room to dance, but when it got extremely crowded, creepy and hot(~Midnight) this club went from a «bouncing» vibe to a «we better bounce» vibe.

I want to bring into your attention on a recent incident that happened @Trinity. It happened on Friday, 6th March. My friend touched a girl twice who worked @Trinity and this is what he had to go through:(Sure it was his fault, but you should improve on the way you handle these situations) Firstly, there was no way of knowing that she worked there. She was walking in the dance floor. There was no «Trinity» logo or anything else on her dress. Your bouncers wear T-shirts which has«Trinity» written over them. Why was this girl not wearing anything similar? How do you expect my friend to know that she worked there? Maybe you should look into the possibility of having a dress code for ALL your employees, not just the bouncers if you have a rule of kicking out anyone who touches them. Secondly, the bouncers DONOT listen to what you have to say. They are just hell bent on kicking you out. My friend wanted to explain the situation, but they were in no mood of listening to him. Honestly, it would have been lot better if they had at least listened to him and THEN kicked him out. Thirdly, the girl he touched reacted by putting her nails in his shoulder to the point that he started BLEEDING. Honestly, this is not the way you react to your customers. Seriously, he had just touched her a couple of times — do you think he was guilty enough to get blood drawn out of his hands? Finally, I think one bouncer would have been enough to send my skinny friend out of the club. Why suddenly, two bouncers came to him, one of them asking him to leave from one door, the other one asking him to leave from another? My friend was standing there, confused as to which door to go out from. And all of this happening in front of the public, making him a public embarrassment. It would have been much less embarrassment for him if there would have been only one bouncer coming to him and quietly taking him out of the club. What was the point of sending two bouncers and making it look like a big deal? I would say this again — Sure it was his fault, but you should improve on the way you handle these situations. I seriously hope that you have a look into this matter.

Can I give ZERO stars? One word: Ew. Watch out for the middle-aged creepers sipping on their gin and juice as they stand on the edge of the dance floor, watching young girls shake their booty. Again, I reiterate: Ew.

I am updating my review as you know, places change over time and management will also change. I have gone to Trinity this past weekend on a Sat night out with some friends. The cover has been raised to $ 15. This place seems to have changed from the last several times I have been here. The staff is great and friendly. The bar tenders are awesome as usual and very quick. The coat check was pretty crazy which makes no sense to only have one person when people are paying(it’s not a free service + tips) and the club knew the climate and weather reports before they opened that day. Some people spent more time in line at coat check dropping off and picking up, than on the dance floor. The lines were ridiculous and as usual, the clientele was rude about the whole situation. I was trying to be positive and enjoy the time waiting but the crowd and rudeness did not help. I usually love the various music and disparity of people because of it. EDM is my favorite side of the club but I was confused as to the DJ setup choice they made this time. There was some sad kid that had no use being up in there other than shouting at the crowd… he did none of the mixing. Very repetitive and irritating voice/presentation. Not sure why they hired the guy. overall, it was not a great experience. I took my group elsewhere to party more but felt that I really didn’t get my money’s worth on cover, coat check, and $ 11 simple straight(non-top shelf) drinks. It is what it is but, I’m sure there are other places to party. p. s. I have not seen this before when visiting this establishment but perhaps it was a special day: There seems to be some guys that just mutely rub up against people and try to get in the faces of women here(without talking to them). I counted 4 of them randomly just aggressive this way on this night. It was not a good atmosphere, even for me as a dude. Apparently they are rewarded for this behavior so they do it?

I’m not sure how we got signed up for Trinity’s newsletters but we saw that they have happy hour from 8−10pm with no cover and $ 1 well drinks. After putting it off for awhile, we decided to go. The location was easy to find and the line wasn’t too long. The bartenders were super efficient and surprisingly attentive(before 10) compared to other clubs we’ve been to. The first bartender told us no shots or double drinks but the second offered doubles for $ 2 in either or short or tall glass(so you didn’t have to get as much filler with the drink). Each well drink on it’s own is about an ounce of liquor so less than a normal shot. At the end of the day, the value is there. Why the 3 stars? The ambiance is a bit weird for a club. They were showing fashion shows on the tv screens and the music wasn’t all dance music. There was a mix of genres and decades. The main dance floor wasn’t that big and was half tables/booths. The crowd was of various ages so it wasn’t attracting a particular group(I don’t have a problem with that, just an observation.) I would like to try and come back for a Sunday day time experience. They were advertising game day specials. That seemed like a pretty interesting concept.

Well… It’s been a while Trinity! If I didn’t come here, I wouldn’t reunite with a friend. I didn’t know she works there! You gotta love this place with music and a lot of alcohol. However, I haven’t been to this kind of venue for a long time! Crowds, flashing lights, weird smell, desperate single people… really made me want to get out of there. I feel better if we stay in a LONG Distance relationship, Trinity!

Who remembers Danity Kane and their semi-hit that came out a few years ago? You know the one with the break down that goes, «can you fix my H-E-A-R-T cuz it’s D-E-M-M-E-G-E-D?» Or something like that… Why do I always sing it with a weird proto-Turkish accent? *shaking my head* Anyway, Unilocal put on an event at Trinity a few weeks ago where Aubrey O’Day from the aforementioned band was putting on a show. I was able to get guest listed through the Unilocal event while hoping and praying that she would do an acoustic rendition of «demmeged». Alas, there were no +1 privileges, and your humble author was neither savvy or desperate enough to get his guest in to the private party. Subsequently, we walked around the corner and were relegated to the other section of the club with the rest of gen pop. I’m not giving Trinity a mediocre star rating for that… if anything, that’s my bad for not thinking to grease the door guy before he made it a big deal. Instead, I’m giving Trinity a 3 star rating because it’s a really mediocre club: no face control(obviously because they let me in), stuffy interior, strange mixes of décor, and routinely unhelpful staff members, although let’s be fair, when are they ever helpful? I guess I’m a bit snoot factor five because I’m a resident of Los Angeles, but the environment just felt a bit forced and derivative of the NYC/LA/Vegas vibe. In the pantheon of club hierarchies, Trinity would definitely be a Tier 4 — Community College level club. See here: . TLDR synopsis: Very appreciative that Unilocal confirmed my way in to the event but unfortunately wasn’t able to make bring guest in. Then decided to go in the regular club and was nonplussed by the experience.
