Triple

Three is the magic number! The Triple is a new hidden gem in Ballard. It is very SF with intermingling of vinyl lp’s, hot vintage and remake sneaks, art and rotating resident dj’s. Great concept and has a little something for everyone. Make sure to check it out during the Ballard Art Walk or if you just need to pick up some new AF1’s.

Triple is awesome. I can’t wait until they get more shoes in =) The collection they have right now rocks too. They’ve helped served my shoe addiction. Everyone is knowledgeable of their products and they’re all very friendly. I think the only way people would act like they had a bad experience is probably because they’re negative people.

While Triple may think they’re the hot, fun new sneak store in town, they seem to have forgotten that the first thing they must remember in order to stay hot is to take care of their customers. I contacted them regarding a simple insole replacement order (the manufacturor will only sell through dealers, not directly). The first person I spoke with said it would be no problem and he would contact the manufacturor to get pricing and call me back immediately. Several days later, after no returned call, I called back to see if they had gotten a response from the manufacturor. The person I spoke with said they would ask the first guy to call me back that day. Again, several days later, after no call back, I called again during business hours. No answer. The next day I called back again during business hours. No answer. Then I called the manufacturor myself. Got through on the first try! Though they were unable to sell to me directly, they gave me the name of another local dealer who has been more than happy to help me.
Note to Triple: even though an item may seem too small to be worthy of your customer service, good service will always inspire future purchases for larger dollar items. I will not be doing business with Triple in the future!

Triple* is the HOT new Sneaks shop above King’s Hardware on Ballard Ave. It is here, amongst Lucite furniture and sleek white walls, adorn with interesting art, that you will find a bevy of colorful crazy sneakers, ranging in brands from Adidas to Reebok to Asics. hanging from the ceiling even.
Yes, I’m serious.
Lots of fun and interesting styles to choose from. but hey, even if multi colored Reebok hi– tops or Pumps (Yes, they have Reebok Pumps!) in pastels aren’t your thing, it’s still an interesting space and worth the checking out.
