Tonight my partner and I dined at one of the establishments we have been frequenting more recently. Tutta Bella in Wallingford offers classic Neapolitan fare and craft drinks. Tonight we walked in the front door instead of the back door we usually come through. As soon as we got to the front counter an employee who was visibly busy stopped dead in her tracks to greet us with a smile asking how many and if we would like to dine inside or out. We chose to try sitting at one of their outdoor tables tonight since it was 80+ outside today, she lead us right to a nice sunny spot where we settled in. Quickly after being sat our server(Jordon) appeared and was very friendly and knowledgeable. After declining the sparking water they offer, she filled our glasses with ice water asking if we had any questions about the menu. Being that we come here often we quickly let her know that we already know what we would like to order and shoot away. My partner ordered the Quattro Formaggi pizza which is fresh mozzarella, provola, gorgonzola, slivered garlic, oregano and olive oil based. I ordered the Carolina which is isernio’s chicken sausage, fresh mozzarella, mushroom, mama lil’s pickled pepper, onion, calabrian chili, roasted pepper, basil. We also ordered the Bruschetta consisting of macerated cherry tomatoes with basil and garlic, served over crusty pane. Once the Bruschetta arrived the food runner dropped it off and offered fresh ground pepper which we accepted. As she turned from our table she promptly cleared a dirty plate from the table next to us before disappearing back inside the restaurant. We quickly consumed the starter before our pizzas arrived and the server delivering the pizzas cleared our plates from the bruschetta and placed the pizzas in front of our watering mouths. After eating my first slice the server returned to the table to check and see how everything was tasting and refill our waters. We both quickly said our pizzas were amazing before I asked for a side of their amazing marinara sauce to dip my crust in and she happily told me no problem. After we both wrecked our pizzas she returned to see if we saved any room for dessert and my partner ordered her favorite gelato they serve, the salted caramel. Throughout our dinner we had multiple different staff come by and fill our waters and my partners iced tea. They have a really strong sense of team work and it shows all the way from the kitchen down to the table. We paid and left full and happy with our experience… seems to be a trend at Tutta Bella

We came on a Saturday evening and almost turned away because it was so busy. Luckily, we checked the bar and found some seats immediately! Huzzah! We arrived around 5:45pm and were able to order the beet salad off the happy hour menu. We also ordered some wine, the Napoli salad and the Pietro pizza. Everything was delicious! The beet salad had goat cheese, pistachios and pickled red onions and was a decent size. The Napoli salad was great-per usual and the Pietro pizza had awesome little slices of curled sorpressata! This is not my first time here and definitely not my last. Tutta Bella is a reliable choice for a yummy, simple italian night out.

Food is great, but it kind of gripes me that they offer water«con gas» or still, but don’t tell you that the one with bubbles cost $ 6.50 per liter. When I wanted to take the half full bottle home, I was told they didn’t have a top for it. I took it anyway. Harrumph!

This was third Vista to Tutta Bella, once with a friend in the bar and twice in the main restaurant with girlfriend. On all experiences the service was above par! The food and drink both came out very quickly. There was no hesitation from the servers to make sure everything was good as they were very confident in the product. This is becoming a new favorite of mine and I will dine again soon… Probably next week ;)

YES. I love pizza. like… almost as much as I love cars and breathing. as I travel, I like to find local pizza joints to check out. this place may have taken my no. 1 spot(pizzeria bianco, Phoenix, AZ). I ordered the Margherita pizza and added prosciutto to it. pizza came out in like 10 min. this pizza was… like a cool breeze on a summer day. like the first sip of a drink. like clutch dumping and roasting the tires in first until redline. dammit, it was good. the dough was baked just right… equal parts hard and soft(not doughy), with the perfect amount of burnt crispies on the outside. fresh mozzarella cheese melted in all the right places. Prosciutto evenly distributed across the pizza, and baked just enough that it was cooked, but still soft. adorned with peices of basil, this damn pizza had me at hello. my son only wanted one slice, which was more than okay with me because I got to finish the rest. to make my experience even better, we were given a free scoop of health because it was our first visit. yeah buddy. next time I’m here, I’m going again.

Great atmosphere. Fun for family’s. The price can be a bit high, but after all, it’s fancy food, not Pizza Hut. 26 bucks for two small thin pizzas is high, but I was surprised at how full I was just after a small. For the best deal, come during happy hour. Then it’s an AMAZINGDEAL!

Haven’t been back to this location in a long while, so a few friend’s from out of town were wanting to go here again. Went later in the evening after 8pm, no wait and wasn’t crowded at all. They do have some seasonal specials such as pasta now as I don’t believe they did before. But we didn’t order that. Started off with the Palermo salad, nice way to start off the meal. I like arugula salads and this hit the spot. Tasty vinaigrette with orange slices, lemon, fennel, olives, red onions and some cheese. We also got the seasonal pizza, Filomena. It was quite tasty, olive oil based pizza with roasted asparagus, ham, mozz and a few other cheeses I can’t remember. Very light, quite flavorful and we eyed each other to see who would get the last piece. Between the 4 of us, we needed a second pizza so we decided to get the Pietro. Tomato based pizza with plenty of Italian sausage, salami(looks like pepperoni), melty mozz and basil pieces thrown on top. Overall, the food was super tasty and we were all very pleased that we came back. Service was friendly and quick, prices were fine and it didn’t break my piggy bank.

Delicious pizza and I love the gelato with espresso poured on top(affogato). To die for. They are extremely kid friendly and they have great high chairs. Service is friendly. Pizza and antipasti are excellent. Meatball were bland and underseasoned but everything else I have had is great. They have side rooms for a more private group. Love Tutta Bella! They have a parking lot but it fills up fast.

My go-to for light lunch in Wallingford. Fun seasonal food specials, fresh salads and thin crust, wood-fired pizza, along with traditional pasta options. Good fresh salads here. Wine options are adequate for the menu, but predictable and unspectacular, and priced 3 – 4 times standard retail(a $ 8-$ 9 Nero d’Avola will run you $ 32). Beer options are weak. Cocktails can be creative and tasty, if on the pricey side($ 10-$ 15). Espresso is excellent and traditionally served here, and their tiramisu is exemplary. Ambience is «festive meets family friendly», with ageing-hipsters– with-kiddies being the target demographic. That being said: it’s very true that at certain times, this place can be little more than an upscale Chucky Cheese, with screaming offspring and diapers competing with the music and kitchen smells. The row of kiddie seats that greets you at the entrance is a warning. The only retreat from this madness is the bar, which can be painfully overrun by similar-minded refugees. All-in-all, maybe a three-star joint, except for one vital factor: the service. All Tutta Bella locations have a similar equation: any mediocrity in food or atmosphere is delightfully overcome by stellar service. Their staff here seem happy, relaxed, informed, attentive. The service puts this place in the«go-to» category for me; my wife and I know how we’re going to be treated, and it’s that friendly efficient excellence that makes us patrons! Molly, our server on this sunny afternoon, was a shining example of exactly what I mean. Recommended.

When any of my friends say they want pizza, I always recommend we come here. It probably doesn’t help that I live just around the corner but I really love their food. Thin, crispy pizza with either marinara or olive oil base. I haven’t tried a pizza here which I didn’t like. One of my favorites is the Lorenza — sausage, onion, lil mamma peppers and mozzarella. Delicious every time! Their salads are also tasty, Napoli being my top pick. I always find the quality to be consistent and the service is friendly. It’s a great place for a casual date night or a family dinner. Two thumbs up!

This place is a win. Good price, great food even better service. I can’t believe I walked past this place several dozen times passing it off for mediocre. Their happy hour is so great! Okay, so my experience on an entirely on their happy hour and it makes me happy! Make a note of the pizza selection here is split into two categories of tomato base and oil based pizza’s(I did after-the-fact). We started with the Bietole Marinate, which if you like roasted beets, or are willing to try this is delicious! The bruschetta was super fresh too! The pizza’s we chose were the Bianca and the Giovanni(Both oil based). Both very good. The drinks and the gelato are well made! Check out this little hidden gem people! The layout of the restaurant is odd though. Kind of confusing when you walk in. I realized there were a few doors when I walked around so it might be just the one that I came through. I came through the bar side and I wasn’t sure where to go and if I should seat myself or not. If I walk through the dinning area you’ll see that the kitchen is open and does look like a cafeteria style walk up and self serve style.

Despite the overwhelming positive reviews, I thought the pizza at Tutta Bella was just alright, nothing special. Came here on a week night and it was pretty empty which was kinda nice actually. Easy to find parking and it was nice and quiet. Pros: –Nice ambiance –Spacious –Decent service –Good crust on pizza –Fresh ingredients Cons: –A tad on the expensive side($ 12 for a small pie) –Parking can be difficult during peak hours Their menu is quite expansive — pizza, lazagna, calzones, and salads. They also serve gelato here! Would definitely come back to try their gelato.

Food is fine(great artisan cuisine is worth the wait not«fine» food) but the wait is ridiculous. One small pizza and we’ve been waiting for over 30 minutes. Really Tutta Bella??? The place isn’t even 25% full at 4:30 on a Thursday. I’d think you could do better than that!

I had a good experience here– there’s not really much to complain about. I suppose I could present some gripes about the dearth of decent beer; but this is a wood-fired pizza place, so it wouldn’t make much sense to complain about that. You must know that this place is spacious, and, as a result, a good place to bring your family. If you want something more intimate, though, I would direct you elsewhere(Cornuuuuutos). They also strongly believe their customers should have convenient parking, which, as anyone who has ever been to Fremont or Wallingford should know, is uncommon. Yes, they have a parking lot. I almost broke out in song and dance. Everything about their pizza is light. The crust is thin and less blackened and smoky than the«typical» wood-fired crust. The sauce is rather fruity, sweet, and conservatively applied. It’s definitely a pizza for someone who wants to SEEM more health conscious, or at least feel less physically burdened by their meals. It’s pleasant, but it doesn’t inspire that ravenous lunge toward the next piece that truly good pizza can. I would probably return just for the convenience, but I feel like there’s something missing. Tutta Bella… offer the ghost of a truly good pizza. Insubstantial… and hinting at something that may have once been great.

You know, for what this place is, it’s perfect. I’ve had great experiences here as a party of 1−10+. «Grab a quick bite» as a couple and also to please our two picky kids. Salads, soups, pizza, drinks, wine selection, dessert are all good to great on any given day. Not where I’d go for a romantic night out but as an easy, casual, neighborhood gathering place good for something healthyish, nor not? Really can’t beat it. Side note: if you haven’t been in a while– they changed their menu and now have a small sized pizza and the salads are all side-dished side. I find this somewhat disappointing. We’d come and order cups of soup, a salad, and a pizza to share between 4 people and it was just right. Our mojo has been disrupted, but we’ll survive.

I love their happy hour here! The thin crusted pizzas are so perfectly proportioned, less carbs means more pizza for my belly! We ordered the Sauté Di Vongole(clams), tutta bella pizza and pietro thin pizza. Both are great for meat lovers. It was perfect for two people. Also for desert you have to try their Nutella hot chocolate or Nutella coffee. They’ll special design the drink for you as well which is a nice touch. The service is always spectacular here. I am very pleased and would recommend this to Obama and his family! The best part, the bill was reasonable $ 27 for two full stomachs and a very nice evening. :) My Personal Restaurant Rating Key One star: the food was bad and I had a negative experience. Two star: I had a more negative experience and would not come here again but the food was good so I may. Three store: Everything is good except one thing. Example-the food is good, the price is more reasonable but the atmosphere is lacking class. Or the food is good, the atmosphere is good, but they over charged us. These three stars are actually my favorite types of restaurants to go eat at if the reason is due to the atmosphere because they are usually delicious and reasonably priced. Four stars: Everything is great, food and experience. However the price is definitely on the upper end. I would not recommend this first to Obama unless he didn’t like my five stars. These are restaurants you can take your boss or your mother-in-laws to impress them, however they still don’t fit into the five star category. A bit fancier than my three stars, hence I don’t often eat here unless there is an occasion for it or there is a groupon that gives me a bit of a discount! Five stars: I would recommend this to Obama. The price may be on the upper end but the experience and the taste is so exquisite, it is actually worth every nickel and dime.

They have a small lot for parking, but given their location, you can bet on it being full during peak hours. If so, you will have to resort to street parking, which has never been a problem for me(there is a residential area nearby). I like their lunch specials, which offer a soup or salad + a pizza, lasagna or calzone for $ 14. My go to here is the Tutta Bella Pizzetta and the minestrone soup. The pizza here is on par with the other firebaked pizzas in Seattle.

Wow. So, I wasn’t sure exactly what to expect when decided to dine at Tutta Bella one rainy Saturday afternoon but I was pleasantly surprised with the pizzas we ordered(one spicy salame and one peitro). The crust was cooked very well which is hard to get right with neapolitan pizza. The sausage and salami were«just right» spicy and the pizza just hit the spot. It’s been so long since I’ve had neapolitan pizza! The only downside to our visit was the adult to child ratio. It was 2:1. There were so many children, some of them with a lot of energy. I still wonder why, as an adult couple, we were seated next to large party mixed of adults and children who were celebrating a birthday. The restaurant was not full, so I’m left perplexed. Next time, we’ll take up residency in the bar area where the adult to child ratio, well there really isn’t one because children are not allowed in the bar area.(Also I’ve dually noted that there are plans in place to change the restaurant space and cordon off an adults-only area and add a patio section.) Tons of free on-street parking plus two separate parking lots with a few spots reserved for Tutta Bella customers.

Enjoyed my first time here with a friend. The ambience was on par with their Tutta Bella pizza and the Margarita pizza. Wasn’t expecting much of their salad but it was definitely worth ordering. I like their pizzas because it’s not too thick /overly cheesy and you’re feeling just satisfied.

Went there for the afternoon happy hour on a Saturday. The ambience was quiet and relaxing. Our server was very nice and attentive. The happy hour pizzas are really good but they are not 5 stars in my book. They are on the smaller side so if you are hungry get one per person. I tried the salted caramel chocolate chip and pear gelato for dessert. They let you split the scoop so you can try two flavors for the price of one. The gelato is good but again not the best I’ve had. I have tried their tiramisu before and recommend that over the gelato.

We decided to go with Tutta Bella for pizza since they had a pretty good happy hour menu. The 9″ pizzas were 7.00 each so we ordered the margherita pizza and the Mediterranea one with an olive oil base loaded with red peppers, eggplant and mushrooms. The olive oil based one was more flavorful. The pizzas were not the best I’ve had but for the price, we cannot complain. We shared the torta caprese a flourless chocolate cake garnished with whipped cream and strawberries. Love anything chocolate… The server was attentive and offered specials. The interior of the restaurant is very modern, warm and comfortable.

Went here around 2pm to meet a few friends and family for dinner. The food was fine, salads and then pizzas came in a timely manner. Waters were constantly refilled. My only minor complaint was the music. It was loud, not just ambient background music, it was difficult to talk because of how loud it was. Thankfully after asking, the waitress was able to turn it down. Would come here again, good Margherita pizza, even better with crushed garlic. Yum.

Tutta Bella, you broke my heart. We’ve been coming here occasionally for the past four years and I’ve always enjoyed my meals despite the long lines and noisy ambiance. However, the other night may have been our last visit. We didn’t have to wait long to be seated, and our drinks and salads were served quickly, but it took about 45 minutes to get our pizzas and they arrived luke warm. This was after I reminded our waitress that we were still waiting for our food. What was most annoying was that she had no problem upselling us on stuff at every opportunity but she didn’t have the time to check on our order. Too many better options…

Tutta Bella makes my favorite style of pizza, and I have enjoyed many delicious meals here and particularly in Columbia City. I’m not really fond of this location, however, because of the noise — it’s a large box of a room, with lots of children and no partitions, carpeting, or sound deadening of any kind. I recommend sitting at the bar, where they have plate glass to reflect sound away, and a full menu plus booze. I love the margherita pizza and rarely order anything else — the crust is thin and chewy, so loading up your pizza with heavy, wet toppings will demonstrate to you the law of diminishing returns. I’m a big fan of insalata di salerno and the tiramisu, and while I have other desserts from time to time, I keep coming back to the tiramisu. Oh, there are 3 doors to the restaurant, and the host is located at the front door facing Stone Way. The only area for self-seating is the bar.

Piiiiizzaaaa… How can you go wrong?! Well an almost mushy crust went a little wrong for me! The crust on the outside of this pizza was thin and crispy but the little was almost mushy and fell apart when I tried to pick it up. I got the Carolina pizza and the toppings were delicious! My waitress warned me it would be spicy and it was perfectly so! I liked this little pizza but for $ 10 I would expect a better consistency for the crust! The Cesar salad before was tasty especially with the fresh cracked pepper but again felt a little pricey for the size(it was $ 5). I think they should have a pizza/salad for special for lunch in addition to their other specials. Their outside patio seating was nice and the service was good, especially at their quick rate to refill water(very important for me).

Meh, I’ve had better. I’ve enjoyed Tutta Bella’s pies in the past but my most recent visit was mediocre. I opted for the lunch special for $ 14: a choice of soup or salad and a 9in pie or lasagna. Decided on the lasagna and asked the server which salad she prefers. She recommended the mistas(green lettuce, beans, onion, and carrot with vinegrette). The salad was fine but the beans were a bit soggy and looked unappetizing. But the greens were fresh and crisp. The lasagna on the other hand, was a disappointing. It tasted very plain, lacking any depth and hearty flavor. The sauce, which there was very little of, tasted like marinara sauce with a few chunks of sausage in it. The ricotta was spongy, which was off-putting. I would NOT recommend the lasagna at all… The redeeming factor was the pear gelato, which is fantastic! If it is in season, do get the pear gelato. It is quite possibly the best dessert I’ve had in a while! Creamy and full of pear purée flavor! Regarding service, my waitress was great, for the most part. She was very attentive and was the one who suggested the gelato. But when I told her I wanted to do the lunch special and asked for salad recommendations, she recommended a salad that wasn’t the lunch menu, therefore I didn’t end up getting the lunch menu price. It was only a dollar difference so no big deal. On a side note: I was intently watching the men’s French Open on the TV in the bar. I heard someone, who I am going assume is the manager or host?, say«this is a pre-recording of the match» to my waitress, and literally change the channel to a baseball game while I was watching the tennis match. This irked me, considering I was the only person in the bar and was clearly watching the match.

Yeah, I’m not coming back here again… at least, not to eat. Unfortunately, some good friends of mine like to meet here before a group we all attend because it’s right across the street, so I’m actually in the place fairly often. I tried to give this place another chance about a year after my first disappointing visit, and I have come to the conclusion that I just don’t like the food or the service. My friends and I have actually had a few very negative experiences with a waiter(not sure if he still works there after our complaints) who had major attitude. He acted like he wasn’t going to serve us because we didn’t come to the service podium first. He did this multiple times in addition to just being a general jerk throughout our meals. I was here alone recently and got a salad, requesting no gorgonzola. Of course, it came with it, and the waitress was apologetic and took it back to get fixed. It came back minutes later with recycled ingredients, with tons of gorgonzola chunks in it. Now come on, if someone sends a dish back, you better RE-PREPARE it from scratch. What if I had a deadly allergy?(I am actually lactose intolerant.) Ridiculous. I did not complain, however, because I felt bad for the waitress, who was super sweet and very on top of things(granted, the restaurant was absolutely dead). I just vowed never to give them my money again. And I won’t. Such a shame. Their pizzas are actually okay.

My family and I went to this pizzeria for lunch. Their happy hour was not huge but they served 9in pizza for 7 dollars. Their pizza is amazing! I. Would recommend their Tutta Bella pizza, amazing! Their dessert selection was good as well. I chose to get the chocolate cake. It was flourless, but still very tasteful.

Overall, not a bad restaurant. It is conveniently located on one of the busier streets of Fremont. They have their own parking lot so you don’t have to drive around to try to find street parking. The restaurant in itself is really nicely decorated and clean. They have twinkle lights strung up and at the entrance, they display their ingredients like large bags of flour and cans of tomato sauce. It really has a quaint and homey vibe. Our waiter was really personable and nice. I wish I could have remembered his name just to give a shout out. He was very delightful and gave us great recommendations on what to order. We ordered the prosciutto appetizer(not worth it in my opinion). You should just go to Trader Joe’s and get your own pack. They offered like 6 pieces. The pizza lunch special was a pretty good deal. For $ 9, you get a 9 inch pizza(whoever one that is on the menu). All their pizzas are thin crust and had delicious toppings. You can’t go wrong with the chicken sausage on top. The one negative aspect of this restaurant was that the bottom of my pizza was burnt. It wasn’t charred and edible still(hence why I didn’t complain) but it was very unpleasant to eat. I don’t like that bitter taste in my mouth. Aside from this, not bad.
