I’ve been going to see Ann for almost two years now. I have a long history of chronic bilateral knee pain, and Ann has been the only masseuse to actually make my knees feel great. Every time I see her, she checks in with how I’m doing, if there’s any extra body areas that need attention. I always leave feeling relaxed and refreshed.
She also has helped me learn about why certain muscles/​body groups are hurting and how to stretch to make them better outside of the massage table. I dig a masseuse that knows not just about how to make your muscles relaxed, but also how the body works.
She is covered by many insurances, does all the work with them so the final cost is super reasonable! If your insurance doesn’t cover massage therapy, her prices are right on par with those of other masseuses in the area. You won’t regret the experience.
