Évaluation du lieu : 5 Seattle, WA
Lived here a month and wanted to pass on some initial thoughts… The staff: Brian, Sarah, and the property manager Kendall are amazing. Excellent customer service and responsive to your needs and questions. Move In: Pretty seamless after you sign the 60 page lease. They do ask for a cashier’s check which I personally have not had to supply in years. That was a surprise those still exist. Elevator move so you need to block off an elevator for 3 hours and if you want a weekend, you need to book early. Elevator was not available on the day I wanted to move in. Parking: Spots are spacious and there is room to even open your car doors. Yes there is a monthly parking fee which is hard to get around downtown Seattle. Location: Awesome! A short walk to Whole Foods, Target, gyms, waterfront, etc. Cons: No air conditioning or ventilation as the windows do not open far. I get a lot of stale air and have to leave my front door open for air to circulate most days. Also noise, you are a few blocks away from a fire station so you do hear some sirens from time to time. Buy a fan and you are good to go at night! I was surprised for a new build, the apt is not as soundproof as I would have liked, but the fan helps if you are a light sleeper like me! I can hear neighbors music, but no conversations.
