I have now lived at the Viceroy for over a year and have been very happy with it. The management is responsive and the live-​in manager is excellent. It’s a vintage building and has lots of charm; high ceilings, huge windows, wood floors. The studio apartment I have is so much larger than most studio apartments because the building was built back in the day when they were not trying to squeeze as many apartments in a small space. I highly recommend this apartment building.

My first review of this building was a little harsh, seeing the recent changes in the Seattle rental market, the Viceroy is not a bad proposition. The interiors when I lived there were a bit dated, and the kitchen will drive you crazy if you like to cook, but if you want an alternative to the corporate crapboxes springing up like malevolent
mushrooms this may be for you. Be advised the courtyard side is much quieter than the Republican side.
