Worst experience with an eye doctor ever. Not helpful, no people skills, clearly just pushing to sell regardless of customer needs. Will never go back. In fact called my insurance provider and told them how incompetent this place was so I could get a real exam from someone actually capable. Can’t stress enough how terrible this was. Go elsewhere. Hell, you can get a better eye exam by mail than in this terrible place. Just close shop.

Dr. Guo and her staff, Ellen, have been extremely helpful. She saw me, at the last minute, when my glasses broke and I needed a new prescription. She’s very informative and explains everything, thoroughly. Her assistant, Ellen was very patient in helping me find a new pair of glasses. The practice is new and I definitely will be going back and will refer her to friends.
