Dr. G has been my chiropractor for the past year and a half. A good chiropractor is something very important to have anyway, but the importance goes up significantly after a car crash. I was rear-​ended on a Saturday and Dr. G took me for an adjustment on a Sunday to start treatment. (Did you know that if you’re in a car accident, you should get into your Chiropractor within 24 hours to make your overall treatment more effective and take less time?!)
Not only is Dr. G an amazing chiropractor, but he has an amazing team and a warm and cozy office. I always look forward to chatting with Nicole at the front desk. She is also REALLY good about getting me scheduled for the right times. Dr. Carvallo isn’t my chiropractor, but he is always friendly and nice to talk to.
The office is also very kid friendly — books and a train table, but not too many toys so that it is cluttered or overstimulating.
If you’re not using Wallingford Family Chiropractic, you’re making a mistake!

Not only do I get great relief from my adjustments with Dr. Gregory, my kids love coming along! They are happy to play with the train table and are completely comfortable with Dr. G. In the past, they were nervous about chiropractic care, but Dr. Gregory earned their trust the first visit. I’d absolutely suggest his care to anyone looking for chiropractic care for their family.

The best Chiropractor in Seattle is Dr. Bryan Gregory, as he is extremely knowledgeable and gentle. I have seen him personally and send my health insurance clients to him continually that need help! It’s amazing to hear back how much he is able to work with my clients that get in car accidents and back injuries.

I have had migraines for ten years and Dr. Gregory has helped to alleviate the frequency and severity of my pain with chiropractic adjustments, but key tips and stretches for overall health, posture, and wellbeing. Honestly, I used to be a skeptic about any non-​traditional approach, but now I always recommend chiropractic care to others with the warning that not all chiropractors are probably as good as mine. It is the one thing that has brought me consistent relief. He has the unique gift of being able to detect exactly where your pain is and what might be causing it, and his thorough and careful approach means that he gets it right the first time. Even after moving far away from Wallingford, I haven’t found anyone as good in my neighborhood and make a point to make the trip back here to see Dr. Gregory.

At only 32, I was surprised I could injure myself so severely while playing a sport I participate in weekly but I did.
I threw my back out playing my 3^rd game of the night and spent the weekend in a constant standing sit-​up. Despite the muscle relaxants and pain relievers from the hospital, I was still in serious pain. Made an appointment with Dr. Gregory that Monday and walked out of the the office with 75% less pain and able to walk without hunching. 4 visits later I was back to my old/​young self again.
I can’t say enough about Dr. Gregory and his amazing chiropractic care. He is the absolute best and I would recommend him to anyone. He is a chiropractor you can trust.

I can’t speak highly enough of Dr. Gregory. I threw my back out doing something utterly stupid four days before I was set to leave on a week-​long vacation in Mexico. He fit me in the same day and set up another appointment for the day right before my trip. In between appointments, I also managed to throw out my upper back and neck. After the second adjustment, I had full mobility in my neck again and my back pain had gone down substantially. But aside from the results, what I appreciated was the communication — he explained some things about my back I hadn’t known and showed me exercises to do to try to prevent future back issues (I throw my back out rather consistently). Highly recommend!

Drug-​free pain relief, and not just back pain, either!
I managed to hurt both my shoulder and big toe as a «weekend warrior,» and Dr. Gregory was able to relieve BOTH pains in just one visit!
Over the past few years, I’ve been in two car accidents, «strained the back» doing heavy /​stupid lifting, and now this — and today, it’s like nothing ever happened!

Dr. Gregory made it very easy to work with him through some of the symptoms I was having. Very knowledgeable and helpful in solving the problem.

Dr Carvalho is amazing. He will adjust you and figure out the mechanics of your body. And he is very friendly and puts you at ease. His partner also seems very nice when I met him but I stick with Dr. C cause I know him for years.
P.S Even when my back hurt so bad, I couldn’t even get dressed, he fixed it immediately.

My husband woke up in extreme neck pain one day. He could not move his neck more than an inch in some directions. I called Dr. Bryan Gregory and he came in on Saturday and on totally short notice to fit my husband in. Dr. Gregory was kind, calming and thoroughly explained the situation to my husband. He talked him through what to expect around his first neck adjustment and what he could do at home to help relieve pain. My husband walked out of his office feeling so much better and so relieved after being able to talk to Dr. Gregory about why his neck was freezing up. Dr. Gregory is calm, grounded and very knowledgeable! I highly recommend him!

I found Dr. Gregory on Unilocal and if ever there was an endorsement for Unilocal working as a way to search for health services, I’ve become a true believer. Dr. Gregory’s skill, sensitivity, training, passion and professionalism make him one of the best chiropractors, even one of the finest health care practitioners I’ve ever had the good fortune to stumble upon. He doesn’t just treat symptoms, but looks at you and your life in the big picture, and if he deduces that you may be better served by going to see another variety of specialist, he won’t hesitate to suggest it – and patiently outline the reasons why. He’s also quite engaged and knowldgable about cutting edge techniques in the fields of nutrition and personal training as well.
If you need back care, or even if you THINK you might need it, get thee on his table. You will not regret the money or time spent. He runs a family style office and his wife, who helps out on occasion, is lovely also!

I was in a car accident in late October, which has required seemingly endless doctors apointments for myself and my daughter.
Dr. Gregory has been amazing from day one, getting us in the office straight away, giving us important advice on how to care for ourselves during our time of healing, and most importantly getting us back on track for a pain free life.
He has been flexible with our schedules, and the office is comfortable for my daughter, they offer wi-​fi during waiting time and have an excellent massage therapist working onsite.
Wallingford Family Chiropractic is by far the best experience I have ever had with chiropractic care!

I pulled my back out, as I do on an annual basis, and figured that I’d go see Dr. Gregory to see if anything could be done. My usual fix is lying on the floor until my back feels better, but it just wasn’t doing me any good this time around.
Not only did he give me an explanation as to why my back was misbehaving in layman’s terms, he was very easy to chat with, unassuming, helpful and all around awesome. He even sent me off with a list of things to do and not to do plus exercises that would help with my recovery.
Although my back took a bit longer than I was used to to get back to normal, I’m convinced that it was for the greater good of my spine and will prevent future injuries. I highly recommend him!

I needed help, badly. You know when you can’t bend down to put your pants on because you’re so stiff and in so much pain you would rather just go about your day without pants? That was me. All because I lifted too much weight in the gym. I’d done it before, but I was fatigued and my form slipped, so did my back.
Dr. Gregory is the first chiropractor I’ve seen. I’ve avoided chiropractors because I was scared to be a victim of the lifelong need of chiropractic work based on those tall tales of folks being sucked into the routine. I let Dr. G know how I was feeling and he outlined the plan, told me why my back was so jacked and followed through with all he’d promised.
He gave me exercises and tips on form, helped me when in pain, comforted the fears I had and took my insurance without any problems.
Best experience I could have asked for. Go see him.

I started seeing Dr. Gregory for chronic sacral stuff that I thought was contributing to my knee pain, and the fact that he works with pregnant women. Here’s what I love about him though:
He explained very thoroughly what was happening, AND discovered a lodged bone in my foot that may be exacerbating all other symptoms.
I was given exercises to do at home, was not pressured into a comprehensive 6month several thousand dollar treatment plan, and he could tell what was going on without relying X-​rays.
His gentle, easy going demeanor is very relaxing and the fact that he emphasizes families and can adjust joints makes him more versatile and makes me feel more at ease with him.
After missing a month and being largely pregnant, I was I pretty chronic hip pain. I came back and in one adjustment am able to walk farther, move more, and feel pain free 2 days later. I cannot recommend Dr. Gregory enough; he is a fantastic chiropractor and great person to know!

I went to two different chiropractors to have my back worked on. The first place I went was up North, that chiropractor didn’t even listen to what I was saying. He adjusted my lower back, but my entire back was hurting. The second chiropractor I went to was a specialist in the «NUCCA» approach. I personally didn’t believe that that the NUCCA approach worked. I spent $ 400+ with xrays and «adjustments» with a NUCCA specialist and my work was in the same condition as it was four months ago.
I thought all hope was lost, I thought I would have to go around living the rest of my life with a creaky old back. I want to be able to hold my kids someday, and go running with them and cycling with them. That dream now will be a reality because of Dr. Caravalho. He spent 30 minutes with me just getting to know WHO I was as a person, and we talked about his kids and his and his business partner’s approach. I told him that my back was hurting and all the places that didn’t feel right to me. He spent the rest of our time adjusting every part that I said was not feeling 100%. I my friend, will be a regular at Wallingford Family chiropractic. I don’t know why that person gave this place a 1 star, maybe the got the place confused with another. I would give this place 10 stars if I could.

I am not sure why my experience here was so bad when every one else seems to be great but here goes…
Scheduling was easy and the receptionist was so nice and pleasant but Dr. Michael Caravalho was not. Maybe he was having an off day but I felt like he was just going through the motions without really listening to me. It was as if he knew better than me what I am feeling and when I tried to tell him the problems in a different way it felt like he got upset and started talking down to me.
It seem that my experience was the exception to the rule but it feels pretty bad to not have control over what is being done to you. I wasn’t sure who to complain to in person because the whole thing made me feel so uncomfortable. I don’t want this to seem malicious, I just had a horrible experience and needed to share it. I hope every one else has a better one than I did.

An acute neck injury is what spurred me to find a chiropractor. Lucky for me, they’re in a convenient location just up the street from my apartment in Wallingford. Dr. Caravalho got me in right away, and spent an hour with me at my first appointment. I never felt rushed or pressured into any type of treatment I was uncomfortable with.
As someone with a physically demanding job and an active lifestyle, he took the time to understand what I needed. They’re some of the friendliest and most personable chiropractors around! Not to mention honest and upfront about payments and billing. You won’t be disappointed, and your body will thank you!

Unlike some other reviewers, I have been getting chiropractic care for as long as I can remember. I found Dr. Gregory through my massage therapist’s referral, and I have been so impressed with every visit!
First, my health. I feel that the care that I am getting there is effective and I am no longer in pain. I used to have trouble sitting longer than an hour, but watched «The Hobbit» last weekend without any trouble which was a huge coup for me (and, I suppose, Dr. Gregory). They equip you with strengthening exercises so you can maintain optimum health rather than being in constant pain.
Second, Dr. Gregory himself is the type of doctor that truly listens to his patients. Sometimes I will ask questions or come up with hypotheses on why something is happening and he listens and answers my questions without any shaming. I never feel embarrassed discussing my health with him. He also takes the time to fully check my whole body and not just simply the parts in crisis. I never feel rushed or as if I am a bother to him.
I am so pleased with my care here, that I will come to him, even though he is not covered by my insurance. I highly recommend this practice.
