Mark Bradley from Water Damage Restorers Northwest is my hero! Our brand new, finished basement flooded in November 2014. My husband and I were in a panic and called at least 10 different water remediation specialists. They all came to the house to give us estimates on the work to be done. Mark was the ONLY company to provide us with an itemized bid and he was the most competitively priced. We hired him and he brought over the equipment we needed to begin drying out our basement the same day. The equipment was industrial grade and helped dry out the basement very effectively. Mark left us the equipment for a few extra days, just in case. This was extremely lucky for us because our basement flooded a 2^nd time. Mark helped us dry out the basement a 2^nd time — again, helping us with costs by providing free service calls and extra equipment free of charge. Mark was very friendly and trustworthy and helped make a bad situation much better. Hopefully we never need help with flooding ever again, but if we do — we know who to call! Mark was incredibly responsive, knowledgeable, and professional. We can’t recommend him highly enough!
