I found these guys lurking during the day on a Saturday around 1st and Pike. I hear they also hang out near Peso’s on Friday and Saturday nights.
The little baby dogs are incredible. I was a bit revolted at the thought of a baby hot dog with cream cheese and chili sauce on it but after shoving three down my face I have to admit they are delicious.
Go eat some woob.

Gotta get me a Woob. The name is a bit mysterious but it doesn’t matter. These baby hot dogs are addictive and at 4″ per, I don’t feel bad about easily putting away three at a time. Don’t bother getting one, you’ll only be back for more!
Oh and don’t miss the special Woobie sauce. It’s some secret, delicious, chili-​like sauce but it’s not like anything I’ve had at your typical hot dog cart. They’ll recommend the works (grilled onions and peppers, cream cheese, hot sauce, and Woobie sauce) which, believe it or not, all goes together really well. And hey since you’re getting three, you can try a variation of toppings. It’s a blessing to see these guys outside of Peso’s after I’ve just dropped a week’s salary on drinks.
