My high school piano lessons were a distant memory when I started up again with lessons at the Marsha Wright Piano Studio. The pieces assigned are always a little more difficult than I think possible at first, which usually turns out to be a good way of making progress. Marsha has a great eye(and ear) for detail and focuses on little things, one at a time, until you’ve managed to put a difficult piece together and have it(at least nearly) ready to perform. I’ve enjoyed learning more about composers like Mozart, Haydn, and Shumann, have developed a love for playing Moszkowski and Brahms, and have enjoyed meeting other aspiring pianists through lessons here. Highly recommended.
