I called just before the owner was heading on vacation — we agreed on a date for carpet cleaning, and John asked me to call the day before to confirm. That was several days ago — I called a total of two times, no return call — weird, not a good way to do business, and earn loyalty from a potential long-term customer.

Friendly and quick service.
Our dog rolled in a dead animal and then spent the day sharing that smell with our couch. We called John Westphal at Beacon Carpet Cleaning the next morning and he came to our place within an hour and had the job done within another hour.
We found out they also clean car upholstery, while John was here, so he deep cleaned our car interior as well.
