Amazing prices, amazing staff. I am totally sold by their customer service who are highly responsive and understanding. They listen to you, and accepts if anything goes wrong with the order. I ordered an entry way bench at pretty decent price and while assembling it found one of the knobs could not fit at the door. I notified this to them and they sent a new part order request to the vandor in addition to a zulily credit added to my account. Although I received that part few days afterwards but this is totally understandable as Zulily itself is not a vendor and they were keeping me updated about the delays from the vendor end. Another time, I ordered a bunch of stuff and one of the shorts came poorly packaged with lots of creases on it. Within a songle day, my complain was entertained and a new short is on the way!(with my previous experience I am assuming that my replaced item will be of high quality) I would have rated them 5 stars but 1 star that i am reducing due to the average time of delivery they offer. It takes someimes almost a month for the ordered goods to reach you. Otherwise, it is a great company with loads of unique products featuring every now and then.

The clothing item that I ordered was of inferior quality for the price and the sizing was all wrong. When I notified the company, I was told I could return for store credit at less than I was charged. As if I would ever order more junk from them. Be warned.

Both times I ordered from them I got the wrong sizes, different much cheaper materials than can be seen in the photos and it took ages to receive them. There are lots of websites which will ship items withing a week which are based overseas why can’t they do that?. Now if it had been one of those dubious Chinese sites I would have known what I was getting. I don’t recommend them.

Such great customer service. I had something I needed to return, yet a family emergency that required I had to leave town for an extended length of time. By the time I made it back home, it was much past the allowed time to return the item. The Zulily customer service was understanding of my situation and credited my account. So grateful they were so kind regarding this.

I think your clothing, shoes and accessories are out of this world adorable. I ordered«Jelly the Pug» clothing for my 5 year old granddaughter for Christmas and didn’t realize that the clothing would be coming from Europe and not arrive on time. It helps if you read the fine print. In any event, as mad as I was I wrote to the company and received the most professional, mature and gracious response along with a $ 20 credit for a future order. The best part is that at 6:30 on New Years Eve they actually had someone responding real time to my emails and assisting me — WOW. OK so possibly I’ve misjudged the company and need to take some responsibility for the order not arriving at Christmas… who’d a thunk I could have been partly responsible… I’ll take my end of this and congratulate Zulily for hiring staff that actually do get«the customer service end of their business» is their life-blood. Once again, cutest clothes for kids and the quality is excellent… consider me a continued future customer.
