The rooms are clean and the staff is fantastic. There is no dishwasher but I don’t plan on cooking with great restaurants right across the street and within walking distance. If you chose, you can get a boat with a 25 hp motor to take out on the Indian River to see the Dolphin and manatee. The only draw back that kept my rating low, they advertise Internet but that is a joke! You can not get a connect in the rooms. It is slower than dial up. If you have to check in on the computer, better go to the library or McDonald! After speaking with staff they provided a spare room that was unoccupied and allowed my to complete my work. They say the Internet will be fix on the Bay side next month. This great service made my rating go up

Beware… we were given a scratch off to win prizes from this resort… we got 777 which the person said would give us a free android tablet… free taxi there and back. lunch and lounge chair at beach… Wrong…when we got there they would not pay the taxi until we said we are leaving… this is a interval world scam… we did not get the tablet but a week with interval costing $ 399 …property is older… not sure if water is filtered… fitness room was like a garage… on a hill that takes 20 min from town… great view but not worth $ 46 000 for 88 weeks and not a lifetime…

I own time share here and love this place… pools, hot tub, quiet and use of a small boat… the doc hands have really gotten lazy and not helpful. are you guys just getting old? or just new guys? I only come every other year but in the past the guys were nice this year… they just sat in their chairs, drinking (???) and eating and werent helpful at all in getting down fishing rods or the boats… or are these guys volunteers and dont get paid… please tell me they dont get paid

My parents rented a timeshare last week, and I spent 3 days with them. I thoroughly enjoyed it. The rooms was small but clean and homey. The pool was absolutely beautiful and grounds were exceptionally well kept. I would go back again, absolutely. It isn’t a 5 star hotel, but it is great for families, couples … anyone. There is so much to do in Sebastian.

I love it here and I am a guy who said NEVER to Timeshare. Now I own 6 weeks here. It’s not fancy, but it is quite nice. Every year they improve something. Lots to do nearby or just doing nothing is relaxing. Great for families.

I went with 5 other co-​workers for a fishing trip. The apartment had all the amenities you would need to cook a dinner. I enjoyed the salt water pool and the hot tub was nice also. With six grown men in a two bedroom apartment the walls seemed closer than they were. The only down side I saw was the ice maker was broke for the 4 days we were there.
