Good basic diner… very reasonably priced, with good food quality and friendly efficient staff. It was perfect for us, driving through… nothing fancy but very tasty.

Friday morning around 11am this place is PACKED! I’m not a coffee drinker but my party said it was very good. There were four of us and a table of six available so we had the pleasure of sitting with a nice Scottish man. Very large menu, everything sounded delicious. They have breakfast and lunch. Service is very friendly. Our breakfast was great. Just a good old traditional breakfast. Nothing fancy just homemade and delicious. Truly enjoyed our conversation with Bill, the scottish man. If you’re ever in around breakfast time look for a thin pepper haired man with an accent and glasses. He’s got some stories to tell :)

Four stars is for service. Went with an elderly pair– my grandparents– and the waitress was very accommodating and friendly. Food was also good, your basic diner needs… Will definitely go back especially when visiting the Sebastian area. Went with omelettes, blt and turkey sandwich– all eaten up!

Food OK, but absurd to charge an additional 75 cents for rye toast. What ever happened to toast being included with your breakfast?

We always come the the Pelican when we’re in town visiting family. You can’t go wrong. Get a chocolate chip muffin– they heat them up on the grill.

Used to go every weekend. Food ok for breakfast, just got tired of the higher prices and endless Pittsburg Steeler shirts, hats worn by employees. If you wore another teams colors you were made to feel unwelcome at times. Of course, these were perceived feelings not outright hostility. I like to spend my money at establishments that welcome all sports fans from all teams.

This may be the best breakfast place I have been to. Food incredible, service excellent, prices unbelievable! Corn beef hash was best I ever had. When back in this area, I will always stop for breakfast.

We make it a point to eat here each time we visit my brother in law. I count it as the best breakfast place I’ve EVER visited. All of the food is made in house — corned beef hash, biscuits, sausage gravy — its not coming out of a can here, folks. Portions are huge, so bring your appetite.

Ate here for lunch & breakfast. Simple country cooking. Reasonable prices & good food. Service is good & everyone working there is friendly & working together to get the job done. Very busy both times we went but they are quick to get you in and served.

Excellent breakfast! We have made the mistake of trying other breakfast spots in the Sebastian area. No more.

Looks like your standard diner, populated with gray hair Florida retirees. This diner is located in a strip mall across from Walmart in Sebastian, Florida. It’s known as one of the best breakfasts in town. There are fewer than 20 tables, so get there early our at least plan ahead.

If your not watching where your going while driving on US-1, you’re sure to miss this hidden gem. Located across from Home Depot and the Riverwalk Shopping Plaza in Sebastian, this establish aesthetically is your typical diner. There’s plenty of seating on the counter as well as general seating. Most of the crowd seemed to be locals enjoying their meals. The staff is courteous and are quick to get your order. The food is good & they provide daily specials. My only hope is they would take advantage of the fresh fish available just a stones throw away. If your looking to start your day off right visit the Pelican Diner

Typical greasy spoon. Tons of old farts dining on a Sunday after worship. We sat at the bar. Staff was great & probably have to deal with abuse from demanding Yankee regulars often… it is sebastian after-all. ;) We had breakfast. Corned beef hash was just ok. The SOS(creamed chopped beef over biscuits) was great. Will be back of course.

Definitely the local diner! Waitresses are friendly and fast, in true diner fashion. Your coffee cup will never reach half empty. We had the eggs Benedict and corned beef hash and eggs. Both were tasty and just the right amount. Great value location with quality food. If you are looking for a diner, pick this one.
