I’d just moved, and since my last experience with Abir Locksmith was so great, it was a no brainer to call them again to re-​key the new digs. Trevor showed up again. The man knows his stuff. Another totally pleasant experience using this company. I highly recommend them!

I was finally locked out and I knew it would happen one day! It was raining and cold. The owner Israel was pleasant and kind on the phone. By the time I returned home Trevor was waiting at my house. Kind, considerate, professional! He also repaired my malfunctioning door and the cost was reasonable. I highly recommend this company. PS, I called another local locksmith and they had an answering machine with a message that they wouldn’t be open until the morning!

The Friday before last, at about 6pm, I locked myself out of my house. I live way out in West Sonoma County in Guerneville. It’s a very small town, and we don’t have any local locksmiths. I couldn’t break in, and I was left sitting on my porch on a cold, wet, and dark night, wondering what in the heck I was going to do. I was afraid I wouldn’t be able to find any locksmiths willing to come from Santa Rosa that wouldn’t charge me a small fortune or take hours to respond. The first one in Healdsburg that I called actually said they wouldn’t come out to Guerneville. Then I called Abir.
They were here in drive time (45 mins), only charged me $ 85, and got right in with no problem. Not bad for a cruddy night after hours in Friday traffic. The young man that came out was courteous and efficient. I just want to say thank you. I appreciate what you did!

Maybe it was the way I turned the steering wheel to get into the parking place in front of Pacific (Fiesta) Market, but when I turned off my ignition, my key would not come out of the lock. I wiggled that key for 10 minutes, until I blistered my finger, then searched Google for «Sebastopol Locksmith.»
The first place I called was closed (this was 5:15 PM). Next, I called Abir Locksmith, a man answered, asked for the location and description of my car, said he would be there in a few minutes. The owner, Israel, showed up in 5 – 6 minutes, gave me his business card to identify himself. He was courteous and fast. It took him a few minutes with some tools (and WD-​40) to get my key unstuck and for the ignition to work again.
I was most impressed with his super-​fast response and professionalism.

Great service! I got stuck at the Andy’s Market parking lot when the key refused to turn in the ignition. Israel showed up in a matter of minutes, and even though it was his day off, he fixed the problem quickly and was super professional and courteous the whole time. I highly recommend calling Abir Locksmith for any key /​lock related issues!

Called with very urgent need. Though they list as 24/​7, they are not. Soonest they could help me was tomorrow. For this I give 1 star, had they not advertised ²⁴⁄₇ I would not have wasted their time and mine calling them for help.

The locksmith, Trevor, was very rude and said when he arrived that I had to pay an additional fee to have the second lock on the same door rekeyed. I agreed to that, and asked about the keys. He said that 2 keys came with the lock, and I asked if 4 keys would come with the two locks, and he refused to understand that I was due the two keys since I was paying the full price for the additional lock to be rekeyed.
I mentioned it before the work was done, and then when the work was finished, I asked to speak with him again.
I gave him every opportunity to give me my full value for the money I was paying, and he still said no.
He said he would make me extra keys for $ 4 each… after already spending over $ 100 with him in less than an hour’s time. I thought this was ridiculous
I have been in business a LONG time, and have found that the customer is always right, especially when it’s such a small thing the he could have done for me, to save me so much hassle to have to go have keys made elsewhere. Oh well, glad there’s an internet to warn people about such unfriendly practices.

Israel did a fantastic job fixing my key igntion problem and fashioning an excellent new key to replace my worn down older one. Great timely service and a very professional friendly guy very highly recommend his services! 5 stars all the way!

Absolutely 5 star. From start to finish, working with Israel was a pleasure. His prices are competitive. No extra charge for a Saturday appointment. He showed up on time and was professional in all ways. I definitely recommend contacting Abir Locksmith for your lock and key needs.

Israel cam out and changed the keys on all the locks in our new home. He was prompt, reasonable and did a great job. I would use him again anytime and recommend him highly for fast, efficient and courteous service.

The stellar Israeli tendencies toward friendly efficiency, practical ability, expertise, generosity, and chivalry came through big time for me tonight after I locked myself out of my car for 2.5 hours… an ANGEL in the form of an amazing locksmith named Israel came to rescue me.
Israel not only opened my locked BMW that both AAA and the sheriff refused to help me open, he also fixed my broken lock that the BMW dealership said was going to cost $ 250 in five minutes for FREE.
Now that’s service. AAA and the Sheriff were just going to leave me stranded on the side of the road in the cold and dark until I discovered Abir Locksmith. Thank you ISRAEL for saving my night!!!

Israel saved the day! Within 30 minutes of calling him, he arrived, as promised. He was patient and persistent and finally opened the very stubborn lock. Having worked so long and hard on the lock, we thought he might charge more than he had originally quoted. He didn’t, though we gave him a bit extra for his extra hard work. We hope to not need him again, but would call him in an instant!

Called because I was locked out of my car with no door key — only a non functional clicker. They advised me to contact a dealership because it’d be much less expensive for me to have a key made there, than by them. I so appreciate honesty like this.
I’ll be using them if I ever need a locksmith in the future.
