Kevin does good work, is super nice and has good ideas. HIs prices are on the high side. The issue is that it takes much longer than he communicates to do the work and he’s not usually in the store during the brief noon to 5pm business hours. He told us it would be two weeks to frame two pictures. Two weeks came and went with no communication. I called to follow up but no return call for 4 days. I stopped by to check on the project a few times during business hours but nobody was in the shop. Suddenly it made sense why the project wasn’t getting completed. Eventually I stopped by and he was there. It had been 3 weeks at this point and the project wasn’t done. He was very nice and said it was 75% done but it would be another day. I think that if he returned calls, let you know you project would slip, had faster turnaround, and was in his store during business hours, it would be a great service. Unfortunately he’s the only framing shop in town. However, it may be faster and cheaper to go to Santa Rosa

Évaluation du lieu : 5 Marin County, CA
Kevin Devine at Mesh Gallery created the most beautiful frame for a large antique Egyptian Papyrus painting that we brought back from Egypt in 2009. It took us a year to frame it because we took it to several frame shops in Marin and they either couldn’t do the job or they were outrageously expensive. Some friends of ours in Sonoma County told us about Mesh Gallery and we knew as soon as we met Kevin that we were in good hands. This piece is fit for a museum now! Don’t tell the De Young in San Francisco or they will want it for their King Tut exhibit! We couldn’t be happier, and Kevin is going to get all our business from now on.
