Well I have contemplated whether or not to leave this update many times but after we got the iPad back with the screen repaired it had new issues that Bohdi made multiple attempts to fix and at this point it is not usable at all. The initial problem was a crack screen, everything else was still in perfect working condition. However, after the repair the iPad started ghost typing (if that’s the proper term) and the speaker failed. Additionally the home key was not properly aligned and ultimately migrated up under the screen so much that it wasn’t usable. Like I said Bohdi took it back multiple times trying to fix it but was never able to… I now have a useless iPad that does not function at all :(

is the MAN! After a failed repair from a not to be named shop in SF (Check my reviews) I googled iCracked and my assigned technician was Bodhi. He showed up on time, communicated well with me from the beginning, not only fixed my cracked screen, button and camera but did it at half the cost of the guys in SF.
I am totally a fan! Hope I won’t be back but the way I kick phones around I am sure I will.

My tech brodhi did a great job and repair looks 1st rate.
I found I needed a new screen after my cat jumped up on the sink and knocked my iPad off the counter.
I looked on the web for a repair while looking at reviews I came across Icracked.
I had looked into doing the repair myself but decided that I did not want to do it myself.
Icracked prices where in line with other places, but Icracked would pick it up and return it when the repair was done .
What a great idea. You don’t have to take it to a shop or mail it off.
I would highly recommend Icracked for any repair. It was so easy.
