Monica is fantastic. We had a Grant Deed we needed notarized last Friday. Monica came out to Forestville to meet us. She was super Friendly and very Professional. Prompt & Professional! On a scale from 1 – 10 WE give Monica a 12! I called 4 mobile notaries in the area all advertising 24 hour service leaving messages for all. Not only was Monica the only one to call me back; but she did so within 5 – 10 minuets after receiving our call. I explained our sense of urgency as I had driven up from Sacramento to Rohnert Park with documents which needed to be signed, notarized & go out Fed Ex that night in order for our Mortgage company back east to receive them before noon the very next day ¹²⁄₆. She was the furthest from us yet was willing to meet us by the closest FedEx so we could accomplish our goal. We highly recommend her over her competition & to anyone needing a mobile notary… her customer service is hands down superior out of the other 3 only one called back funny thing it was after noon the next day. I had never used a mobile notary before and was simply delighted with how Monica delivers her service. She arrived at my office less than 30 minutes after I called, got straight to work and was both professional and cheerful.
She knows her stuff, and provided a «Certificate of Acknowledgment» to help with my out of state form submissions – something I didn’t know about and the people on the other end had never suggested for signed forms to be faxed.
Monica was both thorough and helpful, and her fees were reasonable. Wish every on-​call service was this good!
