I would say sending me a table that is too heavy would be considered a defective product in my opinion. I sent the table back on my own dime and it cost me $ 150 to send it USPS. The table was 31 pounds and I sent a picture of it on a scale from a fitness center, and they sent me a picture on their scale that said it was 26 pounds. I have been carrying around the first table I got from them for ten years and I know the difference in weight. I went through the credit card company to dispute the shipping charges which was $ 75 and they said I lied about the weight. I will just have to write it off as a loss, because it’s not going to cover the additional amount I spent shipping it back anyway. The only problem is that Pisces Productions is the big guy and I’m the little guy. They could have taken care of the shipping and I wouldn’t have written a bad review. You DON’T take care of your customers! $ 250 is a lot of money to me! I begged them to cover the shipping and they didn’t.

The quality of these tables is exceptional and their customer service is outstanding. I got this table because it was highly recommended to me for my growing out-​call massage business. I’m impressed on its functionality, durability, and ease of use. My clients like how wide and comfortable it is.

My favorite massage table by far. I am a massage therapist in LA and do out calls for clients. I’ve been doing this for almost 10 years now and met Nancy at the vegas spa expo about 5 years ago. I bought a 31″ ultra plush table and it’s still just as good and reliable as the day I bought it. I remember hearing about this table from other classmates from my school IPSB (Culver city) and they were saying that it was the best. They weren’t wrong. I needed something LIGHT and durable to carry around up/​down stairs, through small spaces, and easy to put in/​out of my car. I’ve literally have had at least 5 of my friends buy this table and a client of mine too. I have worked on and with astralite, oak works and earthlite tables but I’m still a strong believer and lover of Pisces. I had a problem last year with the face cradle slipping a little and Rachel in customer service rectified it instantly and even called me back to follow up. The product is fully made in the USA (which I’m really proud of) and I know Nancy (owner) is 100% invested and involved in her product. I HIGHLY recommend this product. I have no need to buy any new table and it has way passed the price I paid for it. I’m so grateful! Thanks Nancy and team! Superb product!

I first purchased a table in 2006. I went into a massage supply store with intentions of buying a Earthlite Luna because it was 28lbs (I had been carrying a 35lbs table) the owner of the store said it would not be suitable for Deep Tissue and recommend the Pisces table. He assured me it would last years and hold up to the deep work I do. Once he told me it was 23lbs I was sold! The price was more then I wanted to spend but it is 8 years later and this table is still amazing. My face cradle broke (after 8 years!) I called the company and they were extremely helpful. They sold me a part for $ 7 instead of the whole base at $ 55. After carrying around my old school heavy back up table I decided to invest in another Pisces! I looked around but this is the ONLY table that is light in weight and STURDY! I also teach massage and have worked with many tables over the years. I tell my students if you are serious about this career then spend the extra $. They also make the best bag on the market. The handle is comfortable and won’t give you rope burn like the others due to the design.

i had the most difficult time picking out a new table. i wanted the lightest one possible (carrying the table kills my back) that would not squeak (i hate squeaking) and that was comfortable for my clients. i bought the pisces table and i’m really loving it!!! i’ve used it a BUNCH since i bought it in march and it hasn’t squeaked once! it’s super easy to set up and i love how light it is. :-) ooh, and they have amazing customer service. i was tightening the head rest wrong and they responded to my email within hours. :-)

I graduated from massage college in 2011 and trained on a number of massage tables all from the same manufacturer, Earthlite. I also bought one from that manufacturer through my college. It is beautiful, made of wood and strong, but quite heavy. Carrying that Earthlite table on my shoulder became painful so I looked for some kind of trolley or cart made just for massage tables. That is when I found Pisces Productions in nearby Sebastopol.
A classmate had mentioned that Pisces Productions produces THE BEST massage chair available… and I LIKE very nice things and equipment. So I made it a point to go to Pisces at my earliest convenience. That is when I spotted their hand built Massage Table Cart! It looks like a cross between a skinny luggage cart and an industrial hand truck! It is built with very strong tubular aluminum alloy all hand welded, two locking straps and urethane wheels. I bought it immediately!
Then I came back and bought their world famous Dolphin II Portable Massage Chair! It truly is by far the best massage chair available. So many different position adjustments, super strong, comfortable, very light and on top of all that, you get to choose your surface material and/​or colors! I had them special order a unique «ostrich» leather-​like covering in two different colors, an ostrich gray and an ostrich light blue. We chose the areas of the chair to receive one color or the other and Voila! It is a Beautiful piece of work… looks like an art work!
I loved the chair so much, I decided to buy their New Wave II Lite massage table too! We also used the same unique «Ostrich» two-​tone coverings. They said it was the nicest table they have made! I got all the accessories in the same matching materials. The New Wave II is a full one-​third less weight than my Earthlite, so carrying the New Wave II is much easier. Plus I have the massage cart I bought from Pisces if I need it for either table when longer walking to client sites is required.
Everything is hand built, welded, painted, sewn, stitched and assembled in house right there in a locally owned business! What could be better than that!
Pisces’ shop/​warehouse is connected to their retail store. The owner Nancy took me back to meet some of the workers, and there are many, who were involved in making my Dolphin II chair and New Wave II table.
Pisces’ retail store associate, Rachael, is always smiling and friendly! She can demo the chairs, the tables, and knows her product line very well. She made all my purchases fun and I enjoy seeing her whenever I return for massage gels and supplies.
I first thought to give Pisces Productions 4 ½ stars only because the retail room is a little plain and could be more upscale commensurate with their equipment. But their products are outstanding and their people are nice… for those reasons Pisces Productions gets 5 stars.
