I’ve been buying their berries at the Palo Alto Farmer’s Market for years. The freshness and variety is unparalleled. These are berries that really taste like berries — marions, blackberries, amazing blueberries, and red/orange/yellow/black raspberries in season. Oh, and don’t forget the boysenberries in season. This is a small family farm and they really care about producing the very best.

The ice cream sample tasted really good but I was going all the way to Fremont so I couldn’t by any as it wouldn’t keep. On the other hand I was kind of underwhelmed with the blueberries as they should have tasted sweeter. The drive off the main road down though is worth it in and of itself. If you are a fan of blackberries they had some really nice looking ones. Essentially this is just a stand in someones garage so make sure you know that when you come looking for it.

Three words: Blueberry Ice Cream FANTASTIC. Seriously, because I don’t normally eat ice cream. This– I eat. Such a great place to visit! I used to go out here with family during the summer to buy berries, fruit, and ice cream! They go to most of the North Bay farmers markets too, so you can always buy their super fresh stuff there, but trust me, its well worth it to go out for a visit. SUPPORTLOCALFARMERS!
