Hector helped me train into the best shape of my life. He’s easy to talk to, has a great attitude, and know just how much too push without overdoing it. I highly recommend going to him for training! I wish I still lived in the north bay and could keep working with him.

I was initially hesistant to do this type of training because I’m big on swimming on running. I gave it a try during my pregnancy because I had very little energy to work out every day and liked the idea of going just once or twice a week. I was surprised at how much of a workout you get in just 30 minutes. I could feel the effects of the workout days after and knew that my body needed to rest up before the next workout, which I really liked. Thanks to this type of training I was able to work out until my eighth month of pregnancy and Hector knew exactly how much of a workout was appropriate for my condition. After the birth, I took quite a bit of time off and it wasn’t until I started working out with him again that I actually started to lose the baby weight. This is such a great style of exercise for my busy schedule because I know that when I go, I will get a complete workout and I don’t have to stress myself out everyday trying to find time to exercise. And not just that, but I got both cardio and strength in one workout! I never worked on strength seriously before and now I can feel the difference when I pick up my little one. I highly recommend this, especially to other moms out there!

Super Slow is actually a «super fast» way into the body’s regenerative zone of muscle and bone-building. I began Super Slow weight training when I turned 60 and found out that I was rapidly heading into osteoporosis. With 30 minutes of training per week, I stopped losing bone and actually began gaining bone density in just 6 months. I love those results! I also love the intensity and positivity of the workout. Hector is tuned in and extremely knowledgeable; the facility is peaceful and great for deep concentration. I feel vital and strong in all the other activities in my life, and I’m thrilled to know that I’m increasing my fitness and bone strength, rather than losing it.
