I’ve used West County Computer for the past several years and have referred them to several of our business clients when they were looking for help with their computers. Tom has always been great to work with and has provided excellent service at a competitive price. I always feel comfortable that I can trust Tom and I know that he won’t cut any corners and that things will get fixed right on the first visit. I’d recommend Tom to any company that wants an experienced, trustworthy IT company. West County Computers is a great local company.

When your business depends on your computer, you don’t have time to mess around with tech support at some chain store. In June, Tom built me a fantastic computer, two big screens, loaded my data, delivered it, set it all up for me and I was ready to work. I am a bargain shopper, but in this case, quality was the main concern. I may have paid a little more, but the quality of the product and the personalized service was worth every penny.

I had Tom come out a year or so ago to help me get the internet system working. I’m in the country, and my service has to bounce off another house. He fixed it, charged me very little, and was pleasant and easy. What’s not to like?
The internet service went down again last week. I had the provider company come out and they couldn’t fix it. I called Tom. He remembered me and the house situation and gave me instructions over the phone, for free, mind you, and told me if it didn’t work to check back with him.
Of course it worked. After a week of tearing my hair out and waiting on the phone for hours with the service provider, I’m up and running again, thanks to West County Computers. I remember he told me he specializes in the hard-​to-​get-​to areas. How cool is that? Tom gets all my business and I’m spreading the word. What a guy.

West County Computers built me a new computer a couple years ago and it is still the best computer I’ve ever owned. I have had zero problems with it. I do internet marketing and graphic design, so I am a heavy user and put my computer through its paces and it is always reliable. WCC also does periodic maintenance on it to keep it running fast. Their quality of work and customer service are outstanding.

Tom is amazing! What a life saver, we couldn’t get a computer guy out to us in a timely manner when our computer was down for 2 days… Tom was there in 20mins and had it up and running in 2 hours! We were so amazed! Thank you Tom for all your hard work.
