GPS directions are WRONG. GPS takes you to 120 Sebring Parkway when It’s actually at 110 Sebring Square; in the Winn Dixie plaza. There is about a 6 mile difference between the GPS directions and the actual location. Hopefully this will get fixed soon. Now, on to the food. I ate sushi. It was properly prepared and very tasty. Nice big seaweed salad too(extra but worth it). All said, the price was very reasonable. Service was fast and friendly. Atmosphere was good except for what was on the tv.

Typical Chinese, any of the places you go to in town are all about the same, except the buffet — that is taking a roll of the dice as to getting sick or not.

My cousin and i had lunch here. We ordered the sushi combo and 82.00 later we asked why the portions were so small and the sushi chef told us the owner told them to cut your regular piece of sushi in half(WOW)Also i asked if the fish was fresh and the chef told us nope FROZEN. Holly cow, this is how you take care of your local customers in this fine city. I dont see this resturant being around long if they dont change there ways. Goodluck people and be carefull of this place!!!

Yes, they have an extensive menu of Chinese cooked items and of course the show of fire at the hibachi grills, so perhaps the host was a little confused when I said that I wanted to sit at the sushi bar. Seaweed salad to start. It was tart and tasty, but a little mushy and perhaps not as fresh as I’ve had elsewhere. For the main course, a dancing eel roll was excellent as was the cherry blossom roll. The sushi was tasty with good consistency, was well assembled and plated perfectly. It’s probably the only good sushi in Sebring. And at that, not terribly expensive. I can see why Cang Tong is so popular!

I was so happy(and surprised) to visit Cangs. Have been coming to LP for the past 2 years. Always wished for a good Chinese place. Cangs is great sushi AND(some) Chinese. We shared a dragon role, lo mein, sweet and sour chicken, and sesame chicken. Sides were egg rolls, spring roles, rice, and ginger salad. Great service. Very friendly staff. Way to go Cangs!

NOTCLOSED! Cang Tong certainly is the best Chinese cuisine in the small city of Sebring where there are so few choices. General Tso’s Chicken is a favorite dish of mine and I have been pleased with how they prepare it. Not the best I have ever had, but MUCH closer to best than worst! It is a bit sweet but also has a nice zip to it. A bit more broccoli would be nice. My wife and I enjoy Cang Tong very much.

Just ate here for the first time in quite a while, and it was a great time! The updated interior is very nice and creates a warm atmosphere, the firecracker roll is my favorite. A must try!

These guys are really great, I came here for my birthday dinner and they did not disappoint. We ordered a couple of apps, one was the dragon roll and the other was JB roll. They were both cooked to perfection and will for sure be recommending people here. I am not really sure why it says that they are closed. I did come a couple of months ago and just remembered to write this review, seeing as how I have not been on Unilocal in a very long time(obviously) My Bad. BUT, I was just at Winn Dixie in the same plaza as Cang Tongs and they definitely looked open. There are always a ton of cars in their parking lot!!! From the service, to my dinner which was some yummy goodness of rice noodles(I can’t remember what they called it, oops) to the very end I had green tea mochi & oh my gosh… To sum it up, this place will not disappoint, the only reason why I gave one less star was because of the location. It’s not the most attractive shopping plaza, but hey, it’s Sebring and what do I expect???

Let me start by saying that until last night I would have rated them at least 4 stars… but the total ineptness of the wait staff and the kitchen along with management changed my mind… It was a busy night and after a pleasant wait at the bar we were seated… orders placed, and 37 minutes later I had to flag down the waitress to bring us our new drinks…20 minutes later one of 3 appetizers arrives…15 minutes more and nothing! I asked for the check, and then the manager rune to the table with an OMG roll, offering it for free… but we still haven’t had soup or the other two appetizers and they are no where to be seen… Best advice, if there’s a wait, go elsewhere!

We were 4 people and we decided to get different dishes so we can share and try everything. So we got fried rice with shrimps and chicken, then other sautéed chicken with veggies and cashews, a couple of sushi rolls and seaweed salad. Everything was delicious, they also do Hibachi but we chose a regular table. Place looks nice and clean and the service was very good!

Nice atmosphere. Very good hot & sour and wonton soup. Garlic beef extra spicy was also very good. Very friendly and efficient service. If this was in Ann Arbor it would be 3 stars but it’s not. Sushi, Japanese steakhouse teppankai, Chinese. They try to do it all and the Chinese that I tried was very good. For Florida Chinese I give it a local 5 stars.

A decent restaurant with Chinese food selections, a sushi bar and a new hibachi grill. I am a sushi aficionado, and the sushi takes FOREVER. I go here for a quick sushi fix, but expect to wait about an hour for 3+ rolls. Average selection Japanese of sake and beer that you would expect to find at any sushi place. I recommend the yummy tuna roll and the September sunset roll.

Since the opening of the restaurant’s expansion, our experience at Cang Tong has only improved! I love the Buzzy Yama roll and the steamed dumplings are a favorite of ours! Definitely worth the drive up from Lake Placid for some good quality Asian fusion food!

I used to love Cang Tong, the sushi and chinese food was great. Ever since they moved two doors down I began to HATE them. Terrible customer service, an «up-charge» because it’s take out, sometimes without even letting the customers know they don’t even answer their phone on days it’s «too busy», they are not open 7 days and the chinese food is over cooked as well. I used to say it was the best place in Sebring, but it’s true that when you upgrade to a bigger location customer service goes down the drain. Terrible terrible.

Want to find a place with class and elegance? The ambiance is probably the best you’ll ever find in Highlands county. The upgrade really sets the mood. Although it has more space, it still feels intimate. The teppanaki grill is absolutely tasty. The chef(Mark) is very skilled and entertaining. If you’re there for a good time, you’ll definitely have a fun-filled evening. Be ready to catch your food! I’m a sushi connoisseur so I enjoy a lot of their sushi rolls. If you’re on a budget, my top favorites are Fried Bagel Roll, Rainbow Roll, Spider Roll and Dragon Roll. If you are willing to «treat yourself,» I have several favorites from O.M.G(a refreshing roll with a mix of mango and salmon), Yummy Tuna(for those tuna lovers), Firecracker Roll(for those who like a little heat in their rolls), and the Ramkissoon Roll(for those who rather get to the good stuff rather than eat through the rice). Good service requires patience. So far, the service I’ve received has been excellent and top-notch. They really deliver a service that you usually have to drive a good hour for.

Cang Tong is a place you can feel comfortable bringing a date to with a nice looking interior and low lighting. However, I find their food including the sushi average at best. Good service. Kind of small with about 10 tables. I guess Sebring residents should consider themselves lucky to have a sushi joint in the area.
