Don’t listen to the negative comments! I have taken my $ 2k teacup Yorkie there for the past two years. She is like my baby and I rarely trust her with anyone. They have always done exactly what I asked. In fact, they write down your requests on a personalized card and they repeat back what I’m wanting before I leave her. I have never had any less than professional service and would highly recommend them. If you need pics of her work on MY Yorkie after grooming let me know!
It’s shameful for people to say such things trying to hurt a business. I’m not sure what «Zac» was getting at… They are very clear and thorough about how animals are to be groomed. Sounded like someone was just cheap and looking for something for free… Don’t listen!

Warning do NOT take your dog here. If I could give negative stars I would. Worst hack job on my dog I’ve ever seen. When asked for a refund or to fix the haircut they denied and acted like they had no idea what we were talking about. They cursed out my wife, said disrespectful things about my wife & dog and then threaten to call the cops if we didn’t leave. These women should not own a business and deal with people, let alone trusting them with your pets!

We live in NYC and were visiting family here in Sebring. Our doggies travelled with us and were in need of a grooming session. We decided to bring them here. We were very impressed with the customer service, along with the way they handled our precious babies. The outcome was sensational! They both look absolutely adorable… they added bows for our girl and a bandana for our boy. This place is highly recommended. Thanks!
