I’ve never been to this location but have been buying everglades heat from Wal-Mart since the early 2000s. Ever since I tasted it at a friend’s house I’ve been hooked. I just wish there was a low sodium version of the everglades heat.

A friend turned me on to Everglades Seasoning years ago. As far as I know, they are mainly Internet and mail-order, but do have a retail location. My favorite is their all-purpose seasoning«Everglades Seasoning.» It’s a universal type seasoning, great on stews and any kind of meat. Use as a rub for grilling, or just add to whatever you’re cooking. I’ve also tried«Cactus Dust»(mesquite flavor), and«Everglades Heat», and they’re good too. I haven’t tried their BBQ sauce or their less-salt, or no-MSG varieties of Everglades Seasoning. They have sort of a cajun flavor, but more than that. Cactus Dust is good for western style dishes, and Heat is good for chili seasoning, too. It’s a small mom-and-pop business, and has been around with only two ownership changes since Everglades Seasoning was invented by an Army cook in WWII. Recommendation: Get their«gift shack» of 5 products for $ 18 to sample the basics. I can almost guarantee that you will reorder at least one of those five.
